In a situation like yours, where the trailer stays with your truck, why isn’t it common to add cameras and maybe interior lighting so that you can have a more complete view?

I drove those roads everyday for years as a sales rep.. It was Brutal at times !!

Warehouse ventilation systems are no joke . A newbie supervisor hit the ventilation fans one winter when all the loading doors were closed and it sucked 2 of them into the building and it was a mess . He thought the fans would circulate the heat better !

the way i always put it is if your hand is on the bottom of the strearing wheel the way your hand goes the trailer is going to go that way

I was taught both methods when I first started backing trailers. The hand on the bottom works best for short TRL's like boats and rentals because small changes are best with shorties.

One thing is for sure you're learning that neck of the woods for sure for sure...

Inboard side of hub of will always be hotter due to heat soak from the brakes. If one runs hotter on the inboard side of the hub your brake on that axle might be a little tighter than the rest

Heck, they were still running cabovers into the 90's. Them and JB Hunt bought all those Argosy's in the 90's and I was running a cabover till 93 when my company went to the FLD . But Pumkin was still looking for buyers in S. America & Australia for those preorder trucks all through the 90's.

The unPleasent Hill diverging double diamond screws with a lot of drivers but it allows almost twice the volume through.

Been doing tissue paper out of Anderson into winter haven been paying pretty good

On your heat pump it might the reversing valve my did the same thing a couple years ago

There's a switch on USA Parkway Highway 439 in Storey County down the road from Tesla and Panasonic here near Reno Nevada with lots of Rock and a big tall cement wall I think that color is black and red

Used to work for Iron Mountain loading those bundles before. the plant is pretty disgusting inside. We get documents from companies and then shred them. But the companies would use the shredding bins as waste bins too. so the trucks turned into a shredder / garbage truck. a lot of rats inside. oh and by the way you're going to have to clean out your own trailer lol

The older T680 does not turn the best. 2019+ they improved it about 2x better.

I had one dock where you could not have the truck straight with the dock. There was not enough room. You had to get the trailer straight but your truck was still angled to the trailer!

My neighbor down the road owner op of three newer trucks 2 hired guns had to close his doors. Everything is for sale to pay the bank back. It's sad to see this. This recession keeps doing what it does. No relief in site. It's just not right or fair.

Yea Justin you're going to need to be more fluid with what you are willing to do in this market. Won't go here or there do this or that, not the way it works in trucking. Spend your time finding someone that will let you haul direct if you want to run your own authority going to be the only way to make it work. There are companies that do NOT want to play the big game with big transport. Reefer , flatbed whatever you can find. Know and understand you want to be home for your boys all the time but man going to be a tough winter for you. Wish you luck!

Why does he have to be more fluid? what he is doing is working for him and his family , without have the truck and trailer payment, he can be more picky to maximize his loads. He doesn't have to run cheap freight. He has income from 3 youtube channels also.

Getting in tight spaces like that id a bleep to do. If ur KW is long and getting backed up is not easy. We never do shredded papers cause they are always very sticky. Everyone had a blast at Silver Dollar City and everybody is exhausted. Me and Jessie are going to the landing at Branson and go to the bar there and watch the live band perform. Taking a Taxi back to the hotel. Cause I will be drinking and so will Jessie. Then head back after the band is finished and go to sleep cause we are heading back tomorrow between 1-2.

It's a combination of politics, inflation, and inventory volumes in warehouses. Warehouses are full with merchandise they ordered almost a year ago. Due supply chain and warehousing issues most warehouses are full of products from last year. Consumers are only buying the necessities so booking water,paper,and canned foods going to grocery DC's should what you should be looking for..

You know I'm with you I'm wondering why it costs so much I mean it is so hard to find a reasonable rate for a truck driver to drive pulling loads considering everything is gone up considering somebody's making a bunch of money gas I mean everything's gone up gas has gone down a little bit but it's still not as low as Trump era but it has gone down here in California I was shocked to see how low it got it and one of our cheapest gas stations why even the Chevron reasonable but I wonder why it is so hard for you guys your truck drivers to get a decent rate do you think it's because you're your video channel do you think it's because of KZread channel I'm just curious what it is anyways I'm still drinking I got off work early tonight we only worked at we only work to 10 hour days and a 12 so I'm already drunk I love everybody Merry Christmas hey you know what you and your family are awesome kids are awesome live it up brother have one on me

Why are u hauling tql cheap freight?! These rates are a disgrace.

Heavy loads are hard on the trucks and now we have the Arabs, India Men out driving which is fine but all off them need to learn our Language and ways of doing things but instead most can’t speak or even understand American English. I am not a hater because they are no different then us All Gods Children all I am say they need to learn mor3 especially how to charge they don’t understand how the Trucking Industry Works and how these Brokers were Created with sole purpose of lowering cost but in doing so the trucking industry is very hard to make a good living operating the Business. And now throw in the Foreigners who are from places that they made half of what they do here so they get excited about making just a little profit from those sorry behind Brokers who are there for no other reason is to make them self’s a living of the Backs of the Truckers.
