Power off ur AC from switch board or electric panel for 5 mins and take out remote batteries for 5 mints .. put back batteries and turn on Ac and start from remote

If you notice your remote control there's a 3 holes. You need to push it using a pin. Try it guys. Because we are the same problem before.

What do you do if u turn it on and it works for about 5 minutes then it just stops blowing hot air? The light is still on and the flap is still down but it just stops blowing air mid run.??

Mines doing the same and I've tried turning off at mains and taking battery's out but alas no improvement . Anything else to try?

Try go to the outside unit and turn the isoated switch off for 15 secs, then back on, may reboot it.😊

Try to replace to battery wait 5 minutes,and put the batteries back and start again.It should run again!

Just cut the power to the indoor unit so it turns off, then just plug it in and power it on again. You can flip the fuse of your ac off and on, that also works

error 1-1. Serial communication error. If you open the head to clean, make sure all connector are correctly connected. You can also close the breaker for 30 min. minimum to clear the error code and turn the breaker back on.
