I just wish in my country we had that luxury!!!!! A 3 way multi split outdoor unit is not a cheap thing!!!! Most probably in my country costs over 2K! 2 weeks ago i went to diagnose an air conditioner,outdoor pcb board was the culprit. (18kbtu hitachi inverter split unit,Not more tham 4 years old) Called local hitachi authorized seller and quoted me that the replacement outdoor pcb board is 600$!!! not including labour!!!! As soon as i told the customer, he told me replace the hole thing. a brand new 18k gree with 5 year warranty only costed him 900$. but by the way thanks a lot Bon for sharing your experiences.

Hi Bon. I’m working on a 24000 btu now with the 7 and 6 code . When testing the thermistor for Aand B it ohms out at 97.5 with a out side temp of 50 degrees and the C ohms out with OL and 38.0 ohm are both bad . Thank you

Hi, thanks for your video, very interesting. I have an identical unit that stopped working tonight. I have traced the power back to the head unit but no lights on head unit. Remote is working correctly on other unit. Head unit start no go. Is it likely to be the small 3.15amp fuse on the PCB in the head unit? Do you know what would cause it to blow. Many thanks.

May outdoor unit got problem

Could use some help. I have three heads... two wall units and one ceiling cassette. The ceiling cassette blinks green x3. No other lights just 3 blinks then maybe 15seconds of nothing. I cannot find any error list that this aligna with. Units are blowing warm. I assume I have a slow leak but want to understand what 3 green blinks mean before I call someone out to recharge it.

@Bon Mj yeah that's what i was finding as the error code too. Does it make sense that only one unit is blinking and the system isn't cooling? I would think the other two units would still be working and blowing cold? Or does the one unit bring down the whole system?

Can we bypass the 4 way valve in Fujitsu , can you please tell about the 4 way valve error .

This 2 way and 3 way valve thermistor- is only thermistor, not valve. 4way valve is different,4way valve is heat and cold exchange valve

@@BonMj yes I did and one of the 3-way thermistor was bad, in addition it turned out one of the fuse (250V 10A) blown out. I replaced the fuse and reset the power and all working like a charm again. Thank you so much!
