because they up the beat a little bit.. so its sound more energetic and more powerfull.. the record on this song is slower than this chapman live version.. i can hear the different a record track and this one.. and it had a lot of punch when upbeat..

Paolo's vocals are absolutely well blended to back up Matt's in the Chapman series. A lot of people give him so much shit.. i mean he's not the best with vocals but then again he's only playing backup.. he just needs to be mixed well.

They're autotuned to shit in these performances. Oddly don't notice any autotune on Matt's vocals but Paolo's are lathered with it, especially on the In Waves performance

In a few decades Trivium will be looked as one of the if not THE best metal band ever, their energy, their lyrics, their work is just outstanding and amazing. Trivium forever! 🤙🏻 🤙🏻

Definetly the best band to come out of the whole metalcore genre. Actually, I can't name or think of any other ones I like nearly as much.
Such a well written song. Kudos to these guys for incorporating harmony and melody into metal. Makes it much more profound.

I love Trivium and I love the fact they're so hard to categorize, everyone puts bands into genre's now a days, Trivium are one of the few I can only describe as just plain old metal...so cool

It's being played live, which in the studio is very rare, they normally track each instrument individually, so yes this is great

May be 8 years later that I say this but at this time, I guess he wasn't since he blew his voice out a few years after this. At least now he tries to preserve his voice, especially live.

Before i heard trivium a few songs,First time I saw live performance in 2012 Hi-Voltage Festival,Turkey,We was very impressed the show,the group seemed headliner.i have ever seen best live performance,ty Trivium come back again pls.
I agree with you, even though Trivium is my favorite metal band. They are very inspirational people, I met them and told them that they were my main inspiration to become a motivational speaker. They told me that I will succeed. I will be a fan for life.
The lead guitar in this song makes the difference! awesome!
This is one of those albums that you listen to once and say "yeah it was okay" then you give it another try, "hey this is pretty good" then the third........"HOLY CRAP THIS IS THE SHIT!" im damn proud to be a Trivium fan!

trivium are besides their tight playing live also very good performers, i was standing before coreys mike stand, but i saw all members every song, and they seeked interaction with the crowd, wich made it an awesome concert
