It's just not a very good set. For a game with a lot of weight on "luck" and probability, the balance is just severely disproportionate. Like, vertical straights requiring three emblems, which is insanely difficult to hit, or 3-star 4-costs, which is also insanely difficult to hit, don't necessarily win games and will easily lose to a team with a much higher probability to attain. That's like playing poker, but the rules say a straight flush loses to three of a kind. Logik.

@@DanteLovesPizza Verticals requiring 3 emblems is not a bad thing and won't lose that easily they did that so a set 9.5 situation doesn't happen with all the encounters and RNG in this set. The bad thing are units out of line and straight up dominating the meta like Samira from Set 8 being out of the pool at 4-2, now it's happening with Kayn and Morgana.

@@shigas7226 I'm not saying verticals requiring 3 emblems are a bad thing, I'm saying verticals requiring 3 emblems, which is very difficult, and it's not rewarding is a bad thing. 9.5 was horrible, but set 10 was nice. Including a headliner, verticals (except for Heartsteel) could be achieved with 2 emblems, and that was very rewarding, 10 Pentakill, 10 KDA, 9 True Damage, they were all insanely strong because it was difficult to hit. It rewarded the difficulty if you hit and you were likely to win or at least place high. 10 Mythic right now is harder to hit, but it's absolute dog turd. And this applies to pretty much any vertical that needs 2 or 3 emblems except for 10 Storyweaver. The difficulty and reward is simply out of whack, this is the biggest problem.

i usually run 2 guins and 1 gb. that way shen has sustain and is support while doing main damage
