@@faintsherin4468 oh yeah? It always starts like this. At first they steal little things and ppl say it is harmless but then they start breaking into houses. But it wasnt enough for them. So they start robbing banks. And so on... Some of you guys didn't understand but i was actually being sarcastic. But leme tell ya something interesting. In my country, culturally we also do stuff like these. It is totally ok. I do it a lot xD And the codes acnowledge this culture and says "the roots of the tree can be in smeones property but if the brachs extends and reaches outside his property to the public space than the fruits on those branches are also public" which means anyone can eat them. In another country i have been to, it was different. In there the code was "If the tree is in public ground anyone can use it but if it is in someones property it doesnt matter where the braches are, anything that tree produces is the property of the land owner" so in that country even the braches are in the public space if someones takes a fruit, the landowner has the rights to sue that person.
