Nice rest, but still dont like the cord clamp, looks like a home made afterthought

I agree, would prefer a clamp with lock down set screws.

Will it fit on the new Matthews 27" V3? Worried about the position of the cable slide getting in the way???

I will say I've enjoyed my trinity hybrid hunter and will probably not use any other arrow rest that anyone has to offer

Would have been nice to actually see the rest up close a little more.

You could always put a small cable tie around it to really stop it from slipping.

Those type of micro adjusters have been used for decades in the ultralight camping sector to adjust and hold tarp lines. The advantage in that application has been the speed and simplicity of adjustment. I’m on the fence as far as using it on an arrow rest, which you really shouldn’t have to adjust that often. It would be great during tuning, but not sure if I trust it to hold during hunting scenarios.
