Excellent educative video. It's factual. Triglycerides increase when we eat sugar and carbs. In India people eat too much rice wheat products and potatoes which is the main reason of Triglycerides, BP and diabetes. We must stop eating rapid sugars even gud and honey . As explained in this video Diabetes and triglycerides will drastically come down and good cholestorol, HDL will increased. Tried out successfully by me. It's also wonderful for weight control. LDL may increase a bit but latest researchers say no need to treat LDL with statins.
