    actually ham logo ki adat hai dahi to freeze me rakhkar thanda khane ki jabki pehle ke logo ke paas freeze nahi thaa to vo dahi thandi nahi hoti thi freeze me. aap winter me dahi ko khane ke 40 min pehle room temperature par rakhna tab khana, problem nahi hogi

    @@stayhealthy9125 श्रीमान जी आयुर्वेद का बेसिक मुझे पता हो या न हो, इतना तो भारत की हर गृहणी को भी मालूम है, दही थोड़ा खट्टा होता है, उसमें शक्कर डाल के थोड़ा stirr कर दो तो लस्सी बन जाती है जो मीठी होती है और गर्मियों में ठंडक पहुंचती है। अब इसमें और क्या नया आयुर्वेद सिद्धांत जोड़ेंगे आप, दही, छाछ, मट्ठा ये तो जन्मों से रसोई में बनाते खाते आए हैं भारत के लोग 🤔

    Gond katira & gond are two different types, gond katira ko hum bhinga jar lete hai aur iski taseer thandi hoti hai.Gond jo hum generally winter m use karte hai bhun kar laddu banate hai iski taseer Garm hota h.

    Dahi is avoided in summer especially rainy season. It's eaten in winter because of it's hot nature. Your parents don't know. You can correct them.
