cool vid question are their break points for the cdr like coc or does it scale similar to doom support?

Good question: the breakpoints are based on the 33ms server tick rate just like with CoC. The difference here is that the base cooldown for Brand Recall is 4 seconds which you can get down to about 1 second with significant investment. CoC with attack speed can pretty easily get in the neighborhood of 10 or more attacks per second. For Brand Recall, the 33ms tick rate is unnoticeable over the 1 second cooldown whereas for CoC hitting the attack time is comparable to the tick rate and therefore hitting the next breakpoint makes a big difference.

The trigger unveil has a 4 sec cd. I might have missed it but did you discuss how that works with the AB setup? and how it can be bypassed? (example discharge can bypass it)

Modifiers to "brand recall cooldown recovery rate" reduce that 4 second cooldown, whether self-casting brand recall or triggering it Discharge is a special case because you can use the jewel "Endless Misery" which hard-codes the cooldown of discharge at 0.25s

Do you think a sab could league start an arcanist brand eow build or would the build have to many prerequisite for mana, dmg, etc. Thanks

I think it’s possible, although you probably won’t actually playing AB/EoW until maps (maybe even yellows). I’m fiddling around with a league start guide towards my budget AB/EoW build, but there’s still a lot of testing that needs done

Experimented base type - Infernal Blade- was thinking about using that one to cheap out of a movement skill do you think thats possible? you already invest a bit into cdr.

Not normally a great idea; you don’t have enough control on cooldown and direction. It will make it hard to aim skills and positioning will get you killed against bosses.

I have 2 questions. If i do the double wand set up, do i need to use the two different versions of the trigger craft or can you change the cooldown timers to be ofset by not using an enhance/empower? Second question.... How do you feel about going Voltaxic Burst arcanist Brand with this set up, scaling recall cooldown and voltaxic duration to get ~200-300 activations (probably poison scaling) + quality staking for more damager per pending cast? If im doing math right it can hit absurd (1400% more) damage multipliers

I’ve tested; you HAVE to use the 8 second duration version. I think the way it’s working is that the 8 second crafted version overwrites the base duration on BR. Since they don’t have the same base duration, they don’t share a cooldown. If you have two four second version, even with different CDRs, they lock each other out on use because they have the same base cooldown. I tested Voltaxic Burst in blood aqueducts and decided against it because you have to rely on the bots for placing the novas. It didn’t feel good to me, but that’s just personal preference so I’d suggest trying yourself

This kinda makes me want to make a trigger spells build, either coc with like 4 spells or a poets pen build... with high investment, ive got like 400div and no idea what to do with it. But sentinel 1 week is almost here so ill definitely be playing that

can you put +2 support craft on a staff?

Yes, but it’s in the same mod group as +level to elemental/chaos/phys gems (mod group 6) so they block each other. Since + level to skill gems goes up to 3 on staves, people typically want that instead of + to support.

Can you show us any other Skills then Winterorb? and witch is place one tow three and so one ^^

Winter Orb is a channeling skill. It won't work with triggers.

Im stipl trying figure out how you got that trigger socket 4 seconds. I been trying google it all I see is crafting gives 8 seconds did u find that wand and it unveiled 4 seconds i dunno how u got 4 seconds maybe im just dumb

Crafting bench is 8 seconds, unveiled at Jun is 4 seconds. You need to veiled chaos / Aisling a veiled suffix onto an item and then hope to land the right unveil at Jun. it can get expensive to make a very good version. I will be making a video showing how I crafted my wand from this league in the next few days

@@Surgeon_General I tried watching diff videos even that long crafting one two hours lol I'll try figure out when I get home from work this build been great. I found goldrim at start the leage that that aoe 50 chaos belt with projectile damage and Stephan boots. I'm level 84 ATM trying figure out my next steps all gems almost 20 but I'm ssf not buying anything. Havnt played Poe in like 2-3 years all new stuff. Was almost able to do t15 corrupted map boss deleted me though 🤣

O I need find a wand lmao I thought I got it unlocked I understand now you have to find a wand that has invisible unveil and lucky get this or else you just unlock the 8 second version in crafter

double brand version use brand recall instead harted ?

Hatred to boots, drop movement skill and herald. I really do not suggest it though, it absolutely tanks performance this league. I’m talking single digit FPS in hideout.

Not gonna lie, my smooth brain was on the third viewing of this video before I figured out "Skitterbots" was just a misspeak and that no, we can't somehow double up on even the Triggerbot activation by adding in Skitterbots as well. I was like "whoa, does their behavior to re-trigger traps and mines also apply to triggerbots?!"

You can play brands / brand recall for leveling and league start, but Eye of Winter + Returning Projectiles + Brand Recall isn’t good until yellow/red maps. I am making a league starter guide which I will release before 3.23 which starts as Armageddon Brand on Saboteur then transitions to Arcanist Brand + Eye of Winter

Does unleash interact with this setup at all?

Unleash can’t support triggered spells or spells with a cooldown - which rules out Brand Recall generally as well as in this specific interaction

thank you for this explanation ! But be aware that many people, that have already figuered this out by themselfes, will hate you for this, because it will make the items for these kinds of builds extremly expensive and unaffordable for normal and casual players !

Dude this game runs like shit even on high end pcs. I have a 12g 3080 and 5900x and i still get spikes with pretty light action on screen, with low settings or high settings. And it bogs down my cpu and gpu to 95% load at almost all times. The performance of poe is pathetically bad which is sad because i love the game... i really hope they manage to correct this for poe2

PoE 2 is a slower game in general, so it'll definitely run better. But you also likely won't be able to do stuff as crazy as this in it. The mechanics may exist in PoE 2, but the numbers will be lower i.e. fewer triggers per second, less projectiles, etc.

If you're not already: - use Inspiration (divergent if available) as links to both your brand and Brand Recall - get the "-7 mana cost to non-channeled spells" mod on your rings/amulet

@@gimmi385 If you can get a couple medium cluster jewels into your build, you can get Aerodynamics+Streamlined on projectile damage clusters. That's 30 proj speed each - that will let you drop faster proj for inspiration
