Best Moments. I am typing this for myself hence I can rewatch the key points. Rewards 1:26 Do not disregard them as overpampering yourself Love,Hate,Love 1:54 Amazing this might be better than what I do. So, do a task you love. Do a task you loathe. As a reward, then do another task you love. So near yet so easy 4:40 Availability = tricking yourself to do tasks can be due to convenience. Your future hero self 5:40 Be somebody else. Ask yourself what would you do in this situation if you were [ David Goggins / Insert another superhero] 6:30 If you have a mentor, and you are doing something you loathe, ask what would your mentor do? Create a persona for person u want to emulate. 7:00 big Q's = ask what would that type of person do? Thank you, Art of Improvement, for this video !

Happy New Year Peter we are all on the same train journey... Thank you for all your hard work and effort and the entertainment /inspiration you give to a 54-year-old In foggy Clane😂
When I was a little boy, I use to develope my motorical skills by jumping on sofas and easychairs, thinking that the floor is full of crocodiles. ”Imagination assisted adrenaline stimulus.” Would say the doctor. Last few months I’ve been trying similar thinking to get me to run in the mornings by thinking: if I was to be put to prison tommorrow, what I would do today. And all of a sudden, I feel motivated to get out of the bed to do things, that I would dream of, if I lost my freedom.
🎉

What would happen if we already do stuff and just feel like a break? Like a wee sit down. Considering 99% of the world's population live on the internet, and a good portion sit down, a reasonable amount of people use both for work/communications etc.....well....as much as I hate to break to anyone, when AI has come into play, I can see more people becoming less productive and live in a blob like state. (Coming from someone who has worked the majority of her life including living with an autoimmune disease and being a single parent of 2 😊). Who is really the less motivated?
It might be.
