Look guys the whole challenge is with grammar , each language has its own way of speaking , like the order of words . Some people might put words you’d start a sentence with at the very end it’s about getting used to the way it’s spoken there’s no guides on how to comprehend everything Zafron an equal view

These guys are Pakistani from Pakistan although the culture is similar, they are from the north if looked at pre-partition. You are right their food is a rich concoction of spice and aroma and the Pakistani’s know how to cook flavoured meats wow! That said, our own experience of Persian food is heaven. The amalgamation of flavours using saffron is out of this world. No one can knock 7000 years of culinary wisdom!

The dad, once he realised I loved to cook, invited me in each week to teach me how to blend spices & make dishes which I've never forgotten. Those incredible experiences are what led to my continued interest in learning to cook from as many cultures as possible. My favourites remain middle-eastern/south asian.

Iranian food is finally getting the wider recognition it deserves in the UK. And, regardless of the relationship between our respective governments, I've always felt very welcome in the Iranian restaurants I've visited in the UK. Tudor era gentlemen scientists came to the same conclusion. The accepted medical wisdom of the day came from the ancient Greek and Roman authors like Galen and Hippocrates, whose works were rediscovered in Europe via Islamic scholars and Arabic translations. The classical scholars argued that only kids, pregnant or nursing women, and the sick and elderly should eat breakfast with healthy men waiting until lunchtime to eat. The Tudors, quite sensibly, decided that was all well and good in the climate Galen etc lived in, but in Britain one needed a decent breakfast if one was to do a day's labour in the cold and wet.

Big love to you all, I hope you're in good health and enjoying the days. I'm so glad your channel is back to how you wish it to be. Ok so just to let you know I don't think those are the baked beans people have for breakfast in the UK, they look like plain tinned haricot or cannellini beans and just to say we don't all have a fry up like that for breakfast, other popular breakfasts are cereals with milk, gently simmered oats in water with a bit of salt and sugar called porridge, fruit smoothies, a bacon sandwich, some people toast slices of bread then butter it and add jam or honey or marmite, many of us choose to eat one of the many breakfasts found around the world. I have kefir and berries, sometimes I have oat porridge, sometimes I enjoy coffee with a sweet cinnamon bun, sometimes I have left overs from the night before, other times I have a savoury Vietnamese rice porridge in broth, or herbs and salad leaves in rice paper rolls. Or scrambled eggs on toast. I feel so blessed to wake up and be able to choose the breakfasts I eat and I give my thanks to God. Wishing you all happiness and good health. I wonder if you would ever make a video where you show us the local dishes you have grown up with and presently enjoy for breakfast. I would love to see you eating your own local food sometimes :)

I have just finished eating a full english otherwise known in england as a "fry up " or "cooked breakfast " . In our house its often a weekend treat when not having to rush off to work. In england we have lost sight of the ritual and special time preparing and sitting down with the family should be. Most weekdays we head out to work after a bowl of cereal like oats or flattened maize. A Fry up" is tradionally not healthy with a huge amount of calouries but i cooked a lovely filling meal today that waa healthier and will fill us up for the whole day. Toasted and buttered rye bread. Baked beans with added cheese and worcester sauce . A sausage , hash browns ( shredded potatoe reformed and fried. ) scrabbled eggs , mushrooms sauted in a little butter . And a vine of cherry tomatoes. Besides cooking the mushrooms beans and eggs on the hob. The tomatoes hashbrowns and sausages were all done in an air fryer cooking perfectly with no added cooking fat. My full english breakfast was tasty filling and healthy

I am so glad they enjoyed their Full English Breakfast. It is not exactly like how we would have it in England but the theory of it is the same. In England it is very Pork based instead. But beef sausages are very common in England. I loved the comment from one of the guys "I don't know where to start". That is the joy of a Full English Breakfast. You don't know where to start. Also Dr Tahir said that after eating such a breakfast you might skip lunch. Yeah in England we often wait a little bit longer in the day for this type of breakfast and skip lunch. We call it Brunch. Also there are variations too of the Full English Breakfast (or All Day Breakfast) The basic is Sausage, Bacon, Fried Egg, Grilled Tomato, Beans and toast. But you can add or substitute American Hash Browns, Scrambled, boiled egg or omelette, Mushrooms, Tinned Tomatoes, Fried Bread, English Potato Chips/waffles or potato croquettes, Bubble and Squeak (fried cabbage, mash potato, mash carrot, mash swede or turnip ), Black and/or White pudding, Fried Bread or French Fried Bread (Eggy Bread). There are other things you could add too but this would start venturing on what we call a mixed grill instead. Then there is the condiments you would add Tomato or Brown Sauce are the most common but for me I have Colman's English mustard for the sausages and bacon. That bit of added heat wakes you up and clears a cold if you have one.

The fry up is quite regional, obviously theirs are modified for religious reasons. Black pudding is popular pretty much all over the UK, but not everyone likes it. You'll have slightly different black pudding depending on where you are too, Bury has some differences to Stornaway as an example. Ulster fry it's quite normal to have small pancakes on your plate. Scotland square sausage, also beef link is popular, tattie scones. The Ulster fry has the Irish potato farls, similar to a tattie scone but tend to have slightly different ratio of flour and potato. The gist is you'll find the variations as you go around the country. Trying a local fry up is always fun. But yeah, very few people would eat anything like this on a daily basis. Maybe one or two items in a roll, but even then most limit it to a few times a week. A full fry up I have maybe 3 times a year, including Christmas breakfast.

🕊😁 I love how they just STOP and PAUSE... and just LOOK at the food before they slowly eat each item of food - tasting it on its own rather than taking a little of each different food together ( as we would do) Bless bless them

Definately BUT.... It isn't a proper English breakfast. Most of the meat ( if not all ) should be pork. Of course You don't feed muslims pork, but it's important to know, that what they get, is a substitute for a real English beakfast

@@HankHopeless Imho they should eat the real thing or not eat at all. Its disgusting to be picky and deny what is given. Eat the pork or stay in your huts eating your fucking beans and roti.

"your stomach will pray for such a powerful breakfast" is so eloquent. Next time im in the van with the lads and we hit spoons before work for a brekki , I'll remember that.

Definitely sage advice to keep the knife and fork separated. We have enough problems even devoid of cutlery warfare.
