Trial to black belt of Kyokushin Karate 2023
On March 12, 2023, after three years, a promotion examination was held at Monmadojo. Uchideshi Toga Suzuki and Shuta Osumi advanced to Second-dan. Jyui Tsunoda, Yuua Suzuki, and Takayuki Yanai challenged for First-dan.
Like Yanai, who started at the age of 60 and is now challenging at 78, to mentor-disciple relationships and challenges among peers, the promotion examination was a culmination of various stories. What kind of drama unfolded at the end of this journey?

Very inspirational. I'm taking my Kyokushin Shodan test this Saturday. I dont know how it's going to go. The 10 rounds of Kumite will be tough but I'm going to try my best. This video has me fired up. Osu!
