  I am 49 and have been training in Kyokushin for a year. I pray and hope my body can hold up for me to be able to one day complete the black belt test trials. I know my age is a factor but I try to keep in the best possible shape. Does anyone have any tips for me to be able to continue my journey in Kyokushin and keeping my body strong

  Respect for the people taking this exam, but Thumbs Down for the organizators, that's too much. Even the army does not demand this much. You get full 100 points if you can do 80 push-ups and 80 sit-ups.

  Very inspirational. I'm taking my Kyokushin Shodan test this Saturday. I dont know how it's going to go. The 10 rounds of Kumite will be tough but I'm going to try my best. This video has me fired up. Osu!

  @@crisalcantara7671 Yes I did. It was very tough but I pushed through and succeeded. There was exhaustion, happiness, and tears shed that day.

  コメントありがとうございます。転売されていますが、名前の刺繍を入れると後入れなので裏抜けしてしまった帯になります。そういった帯ももちろんあると思いますが、どんな帯であれ、締めている人の心ひとつかなと思います。
