This video vastly over-represents the efficacy of Lithium Carbonate. It is useful for only one in seven sufferers of Bipolar disorder. Moreover as you point out in detailing side-effects it varies between highly toxic to highly destructive. If it was developed currently it would never get past the FDA. Persistent use destroys the kidneys, breaks down the liver and negates the memory and personality. I should know - I have been on it nearly twenty years and my memory is like a sieve and it used to be extraordinary. I also feel I am only a fraction of the person I used to be. Use it at your peril!

If you have bipolar 2, why would you take lithium? Is it only really for people with bipolar 1 and manic episodes? If you only have depression with occasional hypomania, lithium seems useless. But I also keep hearing that bipolar cannot be treated like major depressive disorder.

I have bipolar and I can't be treated as if I had MDD because the treatment involves taking antidepressants, which made me go manic previously. Lithium has been shown to work in both ways recently I guess.

Entering(submersion 3 times with a certain prayer and crossing yourself) in water springs of orthodox saints (which are near or in monasteries)give very much power and sureness to people with depression, panic attacks, schizofrenia and other soul illnesses (which are inherited or from sins) till the day of eucharisty which heals all soul illnesses. There are some springs of mother of God Maria that heal soul illnesses. If you have misfortune, illnesses, impotence , you can have a dialog only with the same person ( in the purpose of making a relationship) or you can have with no one a dialog etc. it may be from sorcery spells. In Zlatari church in Bucharest (Romania) in every Wednesday there is read by the priest an acathist to st. Ciprian and st. Justine from sorcery spells, curses and all demons deeds. This prayer can be ordered in any other orthodox church if you are baptised orthodox, you have to write your name as you were baptised also the name of the prayer to be read by the priest and the date when it should be read and give it to the person in charge, ordinarily he/she is located in the church at a special stand near the entrance.

2 weeks lol. It starts working after 20 min but what about the water weight problem

I was poisoned with lithium, doctor had me drinking water constantly for 4 days before I was rushed by ambulances to 2 different hospitals and stayed in a hospital for 6 days to get lithium out of my system. I had 2 nurses with me at all times to pour my ice water and change my IV bags. Doctor put my life at risk trying to cover his own ass because he felt his ass was more important than my life.
