ever since i was a (younger)kid, i have been jumping around from art form to art form. i loved drawing, then it was painting, then it was crochet, then it was writing, playing instruments, singing, etc. u have helped me realize my new passion for journaling- messy "junk" journaling that is. i have always loved writing and journaling in a general sense, but i always gave up beacuse i thought i had to make it very neat and aesthetically pleasing; i thought i needed expensive and pretty supplies, etc. but u have shown me that i dont need all of that, and that i can make a charming, beautiful work of art from writing and creating out of household items. im 15 now, so who knows what else i will find to enjoy doing, but this is one of the art forms i have been most passionate about so far ! (my jounral, which i have written in for about a week now, will no longer clasp close LOL.) i wanted to write this to let u know that many people like myself appreciate what u are doing and it is changing our lives :)

Very inspiring :) i loved the upholstery fabric covers! Got me thinking. I love to quilt in addition to paper crafting but never thought to combine them. I'm inspired to piece and quilt a cover for a journal now :) A crazy quilt with lots of embroidery would look awesome :) thanks for making inspiring videos for us!

Your channel has been so inspiring. I don't do junk journaling, but I love paper, mixed media collage, and making books and, obviously, your channel is relevant to all of those. I'm actually considering making some junk journals to give away/sell because, while I don't have the desire to fill them, making them seems like a lot of fun.

I think you are so lucky to have your mum and dad with you. I love that they help you and are so creative, what a great team! I love that you are trying "anything goes" as that is something I have so much trouble with, eg, can't leave loose threads or rough edged paper etc etc.. Natasha, absolutely gorgeous work as always. The black and gold one makes me think of a journal I've been collecting things for for quite some time now, based on a digi kit I got from Tina at Shabbydabbydoodah. Even got some beautiful upholstery fabric for the front cover, tho it won't ba as nice as the covers your dad and mom made. I loved this video! So many cool ideas that I am going to try - especially to stop the overthinking - everything looks good together. I don't use digitals because I am trying not to generate more stuff - just use what I have. And I get so excited when the mail comes because there is always something I can use - I love the patterns inside of envelopes - I made an entire signature out of those! Natase is the treasure!
