Do you Want to COME WORK at TRAXNYC?!? This week on "The District" Maks meets with the staff to discuss the future of TraxNYC, who will be a part of that future, and who won't. We have a team-building exercise, in the form of a nerf war in the Diamond District exchange. Paolo gives us insight into the difference between machine-set diamond watches versus hand-set diamonds. Liam gives us a custom diamond-safe pendant. Mak measures out the gold content in a Miami Cuban chain, Is it 14KT? Let me know what you think in the comments below!

This guy's the man I love his honestly and theory of production and gives the customers the options and is straight forward with them.
Amazed how good everybody caught they chains in the beginning
Fun video to watch. One year to your current status is rather incredible. Good for you and your people.
Your always spot on, people would be lucky to work and learn from you. In Miami , I’m down anytime to learn from the best….
Learning a lot form this channel. Fascinating seeing the entire process behind the scenes, from sourcing to artisan craftsmanship. People have a hunger for honesty in a world not always known for such. As an artist I can appreciate the detail. Great content. Keep it up!
And this is one of many reasons why TraxNYC the best in the World. The love loyalty and appreciation he has for his customers and employees.
Wow you are such a cool boss ,you really take care of your employees, I wish I could have known you a while back and work with you, I'm a very hard worker and I always give over 100% of work, to bad I'm Al messed up and can't work because of my knees it's been a year this month that I've been out of work, but I always keep my head up high and pray to God I get heal and be healthy, your employees should be very grateful they work for you, as a boss that you are they can't complain you take care of them if they stand with you Al the way, help your business grow is what it's all about, team work all the way, may you prosper big time and keep this cool ass videos coming I enjoy Al of them 😊.
Max, let me be your protégé! You will never find a more loyal soldier. Much love from flint Michigan
Jewlers are a dime a dozen here in ny but I must say between the actual product and the work and honesty Trax provides, they are setting the industry standards. Keep moving forward my brother. Your story is so crazy and motivating. Most people have no clue how hard you must have worked in order to get where you are especially in the district. Consider this man the gladiator of market.
I live in NYC, currently sell jewelry and watches as a side gig that I’m pursuing as a new career, I can be there on Monday.
What you said bout stamps is so true. I have stamped chains in my collection a common thief would think are real but they plated. My family knows what’s what.
Love your attitude. If a transaction goes bad - throw it away. Sometimes the bad joss surrounding a piece of jewellery means it isn’t worth keeping. I’m stuck at home in the UK, disabled but happy to work online for you? I need a job and I want one of those one year pendants. Lol. It’s one of the symbols from my family crest. A tudor rose.😊❤
Watching him take a hacksaw to the Cuban to put a new latch was high stress, like "wow", came out beautiful tho
8:55 “This is that chain” - So crazy! Wow such a dope perspective
This guy is really great he cares about the little things best jeweler hands down salute I am supporting you and one day I will buy some shines from you god bless and stay safe
Really dig what you b Do stay blessed and keep moving forward always!
Best of luck to you and your staff. Wish I was there to help out. Kevin in Colorado

This is a businessman/ leader who sets the bar of expectations for working at his company for you to achieve high standards, become your best , while coaching you . Can’t ask for a better boss
I remember working for a jeweller in Johannesburg and he used to cast 18ct that weighed 5Kilograms at one time. That's how busy the workshop was, imagine 30 bench workers and 8 setters.Go big or go home.

That machine set and flower set was new to me never actually paid atte tion to that but i know alot of jewelry i see the diamonds with paveset are really close together never looked at a watch that close
TraxYYZ a Toronto store would be sweet for those of us across the border. I know I can shop online but a up close look would be excellent.
this is so cool. stay authentic. ppl watch for that. just got here dopee
Machine set vs. hand set. The machine has no pride in workmanship and doesn’t care if some of the stones are loose, broken or incorrectly oriented.
We love the traxx fam and jewelry website needs updated a lil bit more weekly and more tube and gram clips too
this man dose not intend to show off in any way, he is a very good person .he helped me .

I'd definitely work for you Trax you're and awesome and honest man a really amazing opportunities ❤.
I like how they show the mixture of gold with copper and silver,I'd prefer the metal separately and stored in a safe, the copper can go outside, but the silver and gold inside in a safe don't get me wrong copper is still worth enough so when I say outside I mean safety put,I've collected so much copper when I was operating a 14 tonne digger, excavator demolition and refitting factory's after we would get the job,we would go into a run down factory and turn it into a new factory with extensive renovations and upgrades for trucks and forklifts.and redone all the power that's how I recovered so much copper and aluminium, some jobs truck full or more, would be for the end of job bbq and beers.for everyone, which was was to much so would use the rest for repairs.
love this show, I felt that last part in the speech he was giving about the team, it's the TRUTH one of us doing something won't amount to shit but as a small team of people perceiving the world differently and helping each other amounts to a shit ton..that is the truth.
