I rly like this video and as a moroccan i want to say to all peaple welcome to our country 🇲🇦❤️
As Moroccan, yes Scam is very Commun especially in Tourist Spots, often, normal handmade items, that cost so cheap, they would price it x10 times for foreigners, and so many people will offer you a tour as tourist guide, but in fact t's illegal if you don't have a tourist guide authorization from the government, Other than that, i'd say to anyone who's visiting morocco, you don't really have to be scared over safety cause the laws are so strict when it comes to harming a foreigner, so mostly people are always scared to harm foreigners, but overpricing scams, it's very commun, so make sure you go with a moroccan friend if you have, or an authorized tourist guide that can be found in travel agencies or at some hotels so you can enjoy the enjoy the country's culture.
What's funny is I'm a Moroccan born and raised, but I haven't been back since 2009, and I learned a lot of things about my home country through this video. My flight is in less than a month, so thank you so much for all the great info 😀. Thank you

I really enjoy watching your videos. The history lessons are great! I like how you keep it real in your descriptions of the inhabitants. To many people sugar coat things these days for fear of offending people. Some countries are full of assholes and dishonest people. Some are not. Call it as you see it. Great job man.
Thank you for the great tips and tricks you've shared with us, im currently looking forward to my Marocco Roadtrip in June, im really exited to experience the whole culture at it own and also the food for sure!

@@peppyminimalist3504 For traditional moroccan food i would recommend ( Bastila, Rfisa, Tajin, couscous and moroccan tea) If you want to visit big cities I advise you to visit Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier and Agadir (the beaches near to agadir are the best). For more traditional cities you would love Chefchaouen (and most of the north ciries), Ouarzazet, Fes, Essaouira For alcohol you can easily find it in Carrefour markets, Acima or just go to a bar There’s snowy cities, hot cities... you’ll find everything you want just do some research

Hi Pierce, thank you for making these videos, I'm looking to do a quick couple of weeks in Morocco and am throwing up either an Intrepid tour or just travel alone (include local tours in the cities). What months did you travel? I see in other videos you wear a NorthFace jacket. Thanks again for the honest travel videos, it's very similar to how I travel and I find these very interesting compared to aesthetically pretty social media posts.
You are a smart guy , you very well understood the moroccan mentality ....

Traveling 2024!! 🎉🎉 Sooo excited 😊😊
Excellent information. Thank you. I'm planning on traveling to Morocco for 5 weeks towards the end of February. I guess the one category you didn't cover would be accommodation. I'm a budget traveler and I'm curious what do the cheaper/cheapest hotels run typically in the different cities, and how do you find where to stay? I have a Lonely Planet guidebook but they aren't what they used to be in regards to offering info on where to stay. Would appreciate any info you can offer on this... Also, what city are you showing at 8:17? It's buildings are predominantly white, and there is a beautiful mountain range in the background. (Tangier?) What about the courtyard at 15:33? Truly exquisite! I'm looking forward to exploring the medinas and the cities, but also maybe enjoying some time out in Nature and experiencing life in the smaller hamlets in the mountains possibly.
salam 3la´ykom it s amazing video
Hi 😊 I'm from Morocco 🇲🇦❤️🇲🇦👑❤️🇲🇦🌹🇲🇦 Thanks for the beautiful video 👍.
Wow the job this guy made is really amazing, he covered almost everything what makes his channel's content very special and everything (or lets say 99% since the perfect doesn't exist) he said is true. The media and some terrorist organizations (that don't belong to Islam at all) have been giving a bad image about Islam and Islamic people, that pushes down the islamic countries and let the world get afraid of them, but what this man have done on his channel gives the realistic image of what Morocco is. Guys don't believe the media, Muslims are really friendly and amazing, you gonna notice the kindness of them if you come visit Morocco, especially when you meet young people of age of 20s-30s, they got such a great mindset (most of them) as they're open to the diversity of cultures of all over the world. Enjoy Morocco as you're at your own home ❤️

Great content. I would have loved the video a lot more if I can see more footage of Morocco instead of the interior of an accommodation.
Chokran bezzafe bezzafe.
Great video with lots of information. Do you have information on hiring a guide.
We didn’t take 1 taxi the entire trip to Morocco. We rented a car and drive from Marrakech to Fez, Meknes, Casablanca, Chefchaouen and back down to Marrakech. The tolls on main roads were a pain in the butt but it was so nice to stop whenever we wanted to eat or sight see. I definitely recommend road tripping over a bus, train or taxi in Morocco.
It's a great Golf destination. It's very popular for UK Golfers.
