You could use it for lots of things with slight alterations, recipes, Christmas lists & address book, pregnancy journal, baby/toddler milestones & memory journal. Though I make & sell journals I don’t use one, I can’t think of anything I’d really use it for. It’s not in my nature to journal, I teach crafts & jewellery making too, I don’t do journal making because it can be either a little too complex or beyond the level of the attendees. Without being unkind some people have more of a natural aptitude to crafts & many unfortunately believe they can’t do something. I try to change that 😁 I won’t ever get bored of the proud look of accomplishment on their faces as they go home with their creation 😁🌸 have a great day

Great tutorial! I’ve watched your process in this video a few times to finally get into making this. Now I’ve made a few of these with all types of papers. I’ve used file folders, scrapbook papers the same weight as file folders. Thank you for showing the step by step techniques of every part of this construction. Much more multi functional for making handmade TN inserts covers. This is a great and very useful video. Awesome work! 😊✌️

Brilliant design. I’m going to make a couple for my TN for an upcoming trip. Instead of the Kraft card, I have some printer-friendly A4 card stock about the same weight. I am going to print both sides of a couple of sheets using designs that relate to my destination. I think these would make fabulous custom gifts for friends who are travelling or into journaling.

I stumbled across ur video, and I love the concept, I am a brand new crafter, and I wished you could have spoken and given us dimensions, becuz I know without some measurements this project will be difficult for me personally. But if u have another video with measurements & some speech to it, I should be fine, I find this craft item was exactly what I'm looking for to give to a gentleman friend as a gift. I look forward to any type of help u can provide me. Ur truly blessed 🙏. Best regards, PJ 🌹🌹🌹

I will be doing this as a cover for a traveler journal! I will probably reinforce it with a slim peace of cardboard, maybe I can decorate it with scrap's fabrics that I have at home of old clothes that are ruined! I don't have enough money for a real traveler journal 😢
