Great video and comparison I was thinking about getting a three legged thing and this has helped a little bit I'm still a little unsure which tripod to purchase for my first one. I'm looking for something light enough for a backpack while I have a nice hike.

To be honest, in my experience, you can’t go wrong with either of these. So maybe think about what shape you want small to take and go for that.
