@@FoundVegas. You'll be under anesthesia while they do it and the anesthesia won't wear off immediately after getting them removed so you won't remember much. So after waking up, you'll either be tired or giggly (I was very giggly and goofy) or you might be very emotional. Everybody reacts differently to anesthesia. Try not to talk too much though. Not trying to scare you or anything but after the anesthesia wears off, you will be in pain so take those pain relief pills they give you. You will be okay if you take those. And don't eat anything hard. I recommend eating apple sauce, soup, pudding, mashed potatoes, or yogurt. Anything soft works. Throughout the rest of the week that your gums heal, you will slowly be able to eat food that isn't completely soft, such as mac n cheese. Make sure to rinse your gum sockets out as well to prevent "dry socket". Your cheeks will also puff up and you will look like a chipmunk 🐿 Try to schedule an appointment to get them removed on a week that you are not in school. I got mine out on fall break and I am grateful for it. If you get your wisdom teeth removed during a school week you will regret it because you will miss a lot of school work and have to catch up. It seems like there are a lot of steps to remember but once you get them removed and you're gums are completely healed, you will happy you got it over with.
