Trap is an upcoming American mystery thriller film directed and written by M. Night Shyamalan. The film stars Josh Hartnett, Ariel Donoghue, Saleka Shyamalan, Hayley Mills, and Allison Pill. The plot revolves around a serial killer who attends a concert with his daughter only to realize the police have targeted him at the venue.
Trap is scheduled to be released in the United States by Warner Bros. Pictures on August 9, 2024.

What if the father isn't the killer? He thinks he's captured the butcher.... Only to discover later that the person he's trapped isn't the killer either! 🤔 We shall see! Let's all laugh together at me when I'm wrong 😂

@@user-eh8cg4bp3yI had a similar thought, I think it's more than likely that because that's less obvious or they're related to the Butcher, and they're trying to prevent him from striking again but they don't want to turn him because he's blood kinda like trapped by your own kin

This will probably have a crazy amount of twists so what we think we know might not be even close to it.
It was obviously his daughter that was the fan!

What if his daughter is actually the serial killer and he isn't telling her about the trap because she would panic, he's going to try getting her out without being caught. The reason they are trapping the killer there is because they may have some digital footprint or evidence that shows they like the singer. which if it is the daughter it would make sense. The police just don't know that it's a little girl so they'll be looking for someone else aka someone like her dad
