Can someone work on molecular genetics without electronic microscope?

Yes yes , microscopy is only an approach. But there are various molecular and biochemical techniques one can use for molecular genetics

Genes cannot be seen, even with a electronic microscope. You either find out their nucleotidic sequence by extracting the DNA and sequencing it, infer its sequence by PCR or infer its existence by the inheritance pattern of a phenotype.

Cant find a single video about this with good sound.
