I have no idea if this will help anyone, BUT I found the second line of the mnemonic easier to remember if I shifted it around to "require medication 4 weak rotting teeth" (instead of saying ....leads to... weak rotting Teeth that require medication" since I had a hard time remembering Teeth was for Type 4 in acute and Tic Tacs was type 2 in hyperacute)

i have questions and have right to be answered 1 in acute if there were two responses ,,cellular and humoural ,,,cellular response =type 4 and then there comes humural ,,,now humural is just like hyper acute but after tranplant ,,,and v know hyper acute is type 2 , now can v say that acute incldes type 2 n 4 both . no second questin y the hyper children got KAVITY even after treatment with MEDICATIONS
