Thank you again 💕🫶🏻 so excited
The 'useless' buttons at the bottom of the shirts are actually extras! So whenever you lose one, which happens sometimes, you can repair it. If you want, you can cut them out when you buy the shirt and keep them safe somewhere else. Some jeans have an extra button in the label for this reason

The dress turned out really well!!! You're so talented!! I can't believe you're giving away 10 sewing machines that's sooooo generous!!! I'm not from the USA or Canada so good luck to everyone else who is entering :)

Mia, next time you wanna use that "floral embroidery" function of your sewing machine, just use some contrasting yarn. That way it would pop more😁 The final result looks so cute, omg❤
GIRL..I don't think there's anything you couldn't transform into something wearable. You have talent😊😊. And thank you for your generosity

You are literally too good! You do so many amazing giveaways and do so much good I legit had some sort of euphoric reaction to this giveaway and I thought I would cry. You put so much joy into the world! Okay I’m done I’m going to go cry now!!!
I used to make Barbie clothes by handheld sewing machine when I was in 3rd grade. Then my family had some hardships and I lost it. I’ve been wanting to get back into sewing and you’re so inspirational. Been a long time follower 💜✨
WOW not one but 10 machines, awesome!! Mia your sewing skills have come far since your start. ❤
Haven't heard if you selected winners yet and who the lucky ones are. Did you select winners already? Ive been keeping an eye open for both your KZread channels to see the big announcement for it and i havent seen that. Did you post it somewhere else?
It looks gorgeous! too bad about the restriction... I'm from Germany but best of luck to you others! And huge thanks to you Mia and Singer for doing this it's amazing to support people in starting to sew ^^
ahh mia!!!! when i saw you posted i screamed and my dad looked at me like- 👁️ 👄 👁️ i was like “MIA POSTED!!” ilysm!!! ✨🩷 and i have really been loving sewing since like 5th grade and so many years later i still do!! and i just have been hand sewing, and i just cannot afford a sewing machine! :( but i am so grateful for the opportunity to enter into this! ilysm! 🩷🩷🩷
I was supposed to be going to Cedar Point with my best friends today, and I got sick. Mia is the only thing comforting right now. I just love how she is always so happy and cheerful.
The dress came out so cute! A tip my mom showed me to mark clothes: when you use a soap bar and it becomes too small, save it for when you’re sewing and want to quickly mark clothes! The soap comes out easily when you wash it. (This would help when you are marking your clothes and need to keep your place) great content !

@thespankmyfrank2 yes, but using a piece of soap is much easier, and cheaper, and also less wasteful, so you don't need to go out and buy an entire box of crayons :)

@@sundarmaanya.swiftie unless you don’t use bar soap, like a lot of people don’t these days. If you have kids you likely have washable markers or crayons laying around. You can buy chalk and sometimes the washable markers and crayons at dollar stores. Fabric stores often have things like tailor’s chalk or markers. I bought a pattern book at a dollar store that came with a fabric marker for like $3
Mia! HUGE video idea! Could you do a video on the business of KZread like how you budget, how you source income, your filming schedule, planning, ideas, and work-life balance? You are my role model as I try and get into this creative space, and I can't figure out how to do it all. I try to mimic your work ethic, but I'd love your secrets!
That’s so nice that you did a google doc for entry. Most people do where like you have to follow them on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and comment everywhere and I don’t even have those types of accounts. Loved the way the dress came out, and didn’t even have to stuff tissues up your nose. Hopefully getting the mold out of your house will make that a thing of the past. 😊
Mia thank you so much for your giving heart! That is one of the things I love most about your channels! I’m an old lady compared to most of your followers, but I love your cheeriness and that of your Mama. I just lost my Mom to dementia last month, so you and your Mom bring back such happy thoughts of my Mom. We did nothing but laugh All the time two.😺❤️🤣

My heart seriously grew 10x when I heard you were giving away a sewing machine. I remember my sister begging for one when we were younger but we couldn’t afford it. She’s no longer interested in seeing, but it makes me happy to know someone’s gonna get that chance ❤ you’re a great person Mia
The shirt with the picnic pattern would look so cute with strawberries for buttons, right? Took inspo from your pillow in the background. 😊
This is so cute! And you could do it with old shirts from your family who has passed. Good way to repurpose something of theirs and not let it collect dust :)

The more and more I watch your sewing progress, the more you're making me want to get back into learning!
I love this sewing era Mia is going through.. I am 42 and haven't sewn since junior high lol well other than a few random hand sewn dolls, but watching these videos are inspiring me to get into it.
I immediately clicked on this video and was so psyched that I did not even notice it was the 2nd channel until it was mentioned. Not that it makes a difference, says more about my attention level than anything else (TMI). Love the final reveal. SO glad that the scalloping and embroidery was added, really elevated the dress up from great to excellent.
I NEVER click on your videos for the giveaways. I click on your videos because I like you and your family's personalities, wholesome goodness and positive attitude. Your videos are FUN.
I can only imagine what it is like to make my own clothing. Your men's shirt turned out perfect for a princess!
I think that the finished dress is absolutely adorable. I really appreciate seeing your journey in sewing and how far you have come. Thank you for being you.
Hey Mia, the extra buttons on the shirt are there for if you lose a button, you have a matching button 😊
The details you were second guessing while doing it ended making it so much better as a whole piece ❤ loved it
It's been a pleasure watching you grow. Your incredibly talented at everything you do. ❤
Always a good day when Mia is sewing! 😄
You've inspired me to learn to sew! I've had a little pile of broken clothes for so long that I've never felt able to fix. So thank you for the inspiration and advice!
I love how this dress came out! You always make sowing look so effortless.
You did beautifully. It's an adorable transformation and it looks like you bought it from a nice store.
Thank you Mia for posting your videos about sewing! It's really inspiring to see how much you've improved over the years!
I just want to say thank you for how hard you work at putting good into the world and how thoughtful you are about it. It's something I really admire about you
Wow this is the exact sewing machine I’m considering buying! So excited for the chance to win! ❤
This is such a great transformation and looks like a new item. Good job Mia.
Awe, Mia! You're such a good person! I'm so honored to support such a thoughtful and inclusive creator! You're parents are so sweet and awesome and did such a great job raising you.
Mia, you are such a lovely young woman. I really enjoy watching your videos. The dress looks great! You’re so cute and creative. Thanks for spreading positivity! ❤
Your videos are such a source of comfort for me, Mia! Thank you for being a source of light and joy in my day!!
The dress looked so cute! Oh man, I wish I lived either in Canada or in the US 😭 but it's okay, Mia. I enjoyed the video and the idea anyways!
Very lovely job, simple but adorable. Thanks for facilitating the giveaway, I went to enter for the sewing machine but got huge laugh on how google form makes you add your birthdate... All us old viewers had to hit the calendar arrow button approximately a million times.
I've been wanting to learn how to sew for a while now but watching you sew more and more and really lit a fire in me!! I'm praying and hoping over here in California!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🥰🥰🥰

I love sewing. I'm not "great" at it, but I love doing it. I can make quilts, clothing, drapes, etc., Can you believe I learned to sew in the 70s, and I'm still learning! It's one of those skills that, there's always room for improvement!
Such a fun and immersive video that I forgot you were even doing a giveaway! The shirt-dress turned out amazing!
Thanks for doing this giveaway so that your followers have the chance to try to learn to sew and follow along with your sewing videos! My daughter and I love watching your videos together!!

Definitely here for the video Mia. I never remember to enter the giveaways but thank you for being so giving to your subscribers & for your content. I have learned so much & am so inspired to craft my own creations. Hope you, Stuart, Mama Maples & the rest of the Maples crew have an awesome summer!
I love watching your sewing content. your process is so common sense and not always necessarily what a traditional seamstress would do. But that's the best part! I think it helps people who don't think they could make their own garments be more confident. Thank you!
Hey Mia! I am so amazed at how fast and how much you have learned about sewing in the last little while! It makes me want to learn more for sure to make my own clothes! You are so awesome!
I love these and I absolutely think what your doing as a creator is everything we hope for and want to see in this community. Thanks for making a space out there for us fashion loving girlies who don’t want to continue to contribute to fast fashion, but also do want to purchase on the cheap. ❤
the fact that this amazing video is in the second channel is crazy, you killed it!!
I am so happy you are doing more sewing videos! They are my favorite!
Just found this extra channel Mia! You are a sweet inspiration and so much fun and talent! Love your excitement and love the new dress!🎉
I absolutely LOVE the sewing content!! It’s definitely become a quick favorite of mine when it comes to your videos :) ive been really wanting to get into sewing for YEARS but was worried about just figuring it out by myself, but youve really inspired me to just go for it and give it a shot. I already have so many project ideas in mind!! Thank you Mia ❤ keep up the goodwork
I think it's so cool that you're doing this give away, I've been very inspired by your thrift flip videos and feel held back by how big of an investment a sewing machine is. Love your channel!
The little details really pulled the look together I love it
This dress turned out so cute! 🥰Also this giveaway is awesome! Giving away 10 sewing machines is amazing and I’m hoping I’m blessed with one 🤞🏻 thank you Mia for this opportunity! 💗
You have come such a long way on your sewing skills. Love the project.
All your sewing videos have inspired me! I’ve only ever hand sewn before, but have always wanted to try a sewing machine! I bet it would be so much quicker and neater!
Wow that came out so nice. Your amazing, you make it look so easy. Which is great.
Gosh you've improved so much with your sewing since the start!
That turned out so good. You made so much progress since you first started sewing. That's for sur inspiring.
Thanks for always thinking about us! Come to think of it, you should name your community so we know what we can call ourselves ❤️❤️❤️
I love your channel Mia. The grandma pillows and nicknacks remind me of how my mom used to decorate back in the 90s. Ahhh it takes me back.
I love this! The scalloped edge blew my mind. I didn’t even realize sewing machines did this! I recently started sewing and my stepmom got me a used sewing machine super cheap, and I’ve slowly been getting better! It’s difficult because it’s pretty old and it’s hard to find tutorials for my type (plus, it’s missing the small part you rest fabric on while sewing in the front), but it’s exciting to learn!
Omg you’re so talented I wish you could do more in depth tutorials. Love your personality and it’s amazing to see you work
You might need to get a dress form that is your size soon. Since you’re doing so much more sewing it might help you and will hopefully make your projects easier.
Bought a sewing machine a few weeks ago. I love your sewing content.
I'm definitely trying this once I've my machine set up. Thanks for sharing ❤
It came out so cute! The details like the scalloped collar really made it you.
Mia, you’re such an inspiration, and I really love the fact that you are advocating for sustainable fashion, and creating/updating your own clothes! Love the creativity and positivity you spread on a daily basis! ❤ have a good day beautiful!
I’ve been so interested in starting to sew from watching you and your series on making the affordable versions of popular clothes ❤
I have definitely enjoyed watching quite a few of your videos. You are so talented and creative!
Helpful tips: 1. When pining a garment to take it in, put it on a mannequin or yourself inside out. Then you can sew right along (keeping good sides together) without having to unpin everything. 2. Put a pin horizontally (at right angles) across each end of your button holes when you go to slit them open. This will prevent you from cutting beyond the button hole into your material. 3. The buttons at the bottom of the shirt (sometimes they are found inside of a jacket, dress, or shirt in the seam allowance) are spares. They are found in good quality clothing.
Love that ur inspiring ppl w alternatives to fast fashion w sustainability & making ur own clothes! ❤❤
Thank you for doing this for us.. I've really been wanting to make quilts. My great grandma used with me, and taught me to do so. This is so special! Thank you again!
LOVE your creativity and willingness to share your experiences! 😊💜
A sewing machine give-away is probably the coolest thing I’ve ever heard of (on this platform)! I love it how you show the creative, artistic process, the finished works and even make it possible for the viewers to get to do it themselves. Very inspiring! And I really mean that.
I love watching your tutorials. I am just starting myself.
Really awesome idea. I am thinking since I am a bit older and a full figured girl is that finding dress shirts at some of the men's stores or even the big and tall sections of some of the chain stores could give more length or even make it into a romper. I love the embroidery that you ended up putting on it, it gave the dress a super cute addition. You really do find some incredible DIY things to do.
You are so talented Mia. This is such a cool thrift flip idea!
You’re the best, Mia! Love watching all your crafty videos!
I would love to see you take something more out there and funky and make it over!
this is AMAZINGGGG! loved the scalloped edge detail, and it’s so amazing that you are giving back to your community in this way 🥲💗
I love how the “useless “ buttons were a surprise to you! Lol they often get lost, especially on shirts that have button down collars! So that’s where the manufacturer puts replacements! 🙏🏼🫶 I’m excited for the draw!
