Awesome build, I specially like the clips of working in the grass on your back and improvising a little lol I can def appreciate that! Did a lot of this on my 2000 Sierra, it wasn't easy. Looks great though, look forward to more

The truck looks amazing- it’s the first GMC of that era that I like the look of. However, repairing rust holes with bondo?!?! Yeah, that’s gonna hold up 😂

Glad you like it! We found it on marketplace a couple years ago. We have a parts truck that has a pretty good 8’ bed if you’re interested. Not sure how close you are to Ottawa though.

this is awesome guys. I'll be in the Ottawa area in a few weeks, I'll be keeping an eye out. Im not quite as handy as you guys but I have an 03 LB7 Silverado that im going to convert to a Sierra and have some minor body work, swap the bed then have it painted (colour undecided). can you please provide me with the name of the tint you used for the door handles and the fender liners? what did you used for the frame coating -- going to need that after pulling the bed, taking a steel brush tot he frame then putting it al back together.

Glad you like the truck! Hope everything goes well with yours. For the trim, we used Adam’s Black trim restorer. For the frame, we used Fluid film black.

I have that exact truck but in silver and zero rust. Like the front bumper swap and hood. Curious about the hood tho looks like you modified it
