In this video, I'll show you some simple yet effective techniques to transform those boring skies into interesting and beautiful photos. From adjusting exposure and contrast to using filters, I'll cover everything you need to know to stay creative when you have dull skies. Thank you so much. As an amateur novice I learned so much. My investment in equipment hasn't extended into filters or tripod yet but now see their value.

Enjoyed the video, the use of B&W with the dull sky is something I'm yet to try together with the use of filters, always something to learn. Looking forward to your next video, G'day from Aussie .

What happened to the filter? Loved the pano at the end. Are water skiers considered wildlife in Scotland?

🤣 They should be! Cheers. It sounded to me like the filter had cracked when it hit the rocks. But when I fetched it out of the water it was absolutely fine, not a scratch on it. On looking back at the footage I couldn't believe the look on my face! Thanks for watching.
