Actually I'm glad this cinematic universe never happened, 5 films of bay films with loosely connected lore and contradictory lore left and right wouldn't be right for a cinematic universe. Especially when you take into account all the canceled projects contradicted the lore of the first film in so many ways again and again.

Jovy Rivera by the looks of things, Drift fought for Japan and Starscream Germany, which were both "villains" (I guess) generally in the World Wars, WW2 in Japan's case. So it makes sense for Drift to be a con. While Hound and Bee fought for the USA by the looks of things. Oh man I'm so pumped

Pissed me off that they never mentioned that in Age of Extinction. Instead of focusing on the Transformers and having the Autobots interact more and have character development, they focused on Marky-Mark and his stupid daughter and useless boyfriend.

I spotted 7 bots here: -Bumblebee -Starscream -Ironhide -Hound -Drift -and 2 others I don't recognize. I understand Bee being here back then because he was the first Autobot sent to Earth. The Decepticons are self-explanatory since they were here first. (discounting the "Knights") Starscream being an old school plane doesn't make much sense to me tho since I just can't see how his mass FITS it. Drift being a former Con also makes sense if you know his character. What we saw here is most likely "Deadlock." His alternate name while being a Decepticon. Hound... I don't fully understand. Was he with Bee this whole time? Ironhide confuses me the most! Didn't he first arrive back in 07? What's he doing on pirate ships? O.o As for the other 2, they could possibly be the Seekers that we learned of in ROTF. One seems to be a plane after all. Other than that tho... I AM SO PUMPED FOR THIS MOVIE. For ONCE, we have a film that will properly explain why Cybertronians have been here for so long. God I can't wait! :D

Velon That was during the 60's tho. The Ark crashing on the moon was the whole reason behind the space race.

This is a nice reference to some of tie-in movie comics which featured transformers in the past throughout time. That's cool.

Watching it now I'm all like "Da hale is going on?" When it finally releases I'll be like "Oh... that makes a lot more sense now."

It's either what Elija said or he's actually one of those German planes because he has the insignia on his arm, the chest area is different, and his gun is different then the wings probably fold on his back in a form that makes him still look like an F22 just to keep his robot form looking the same.

Could this mean new looks for these characters and new toys to be released in the sub line that has been leaked for Mission to Cybertron

That transformer at the end at 0:16 could possibly be Superion. Just look at his shoulders, don't they look like jet noses/cockpits. That would explain why his head has got that whole 'pilot' look to it. Just pointing it out.

Hopefully the writers manage to fit all of this in without demolishing all of the existing lore. This seems like one of the low-budget trailers companies love to throw together, so I doubt we'll see any of this in the actual film. Same idea, however.

mondayjoker Primes and the transformers we can easily recognize are generations apart. Primes and their followers came to Earth on BC. The other generations came later like the knights in the Middle Ages. The transformers like Bumblebee and Starscream came during WWI or possibly during the industrial revolution. Different generations different times.

What I think is that Barricade is also a time traveller. Notice that Ironhide, Starscream, and Barricade all died in the third movie. But most importantly that we know that Barricade has bitten the dust. But how is he returning? Time travel. This indicates that it is possible for Ironhide and Starscream to come back but in a newer form like Barricade. And we all know that Starscream and Ironhide redeemed their car parts in the first movie. So the only explanation could be time travel. Also Bumblebee did not crash.

IsuruX Barricade never died. His proto form died like how in the 2nd movie you see long haul, the red bulldozer decepticon, and scrapper fighting in the Egypt battlefield, but those were proto forms because the real long haul, scrapper and rampage were apart of devastator.

they are reckoning a lot, go download the app for this movie and read up on the history that dates back to beyond 200 million bc. The way they're doing the whole 13 primes thing has been reckon it seems, talks about the quintessons and the beginning of the war and origins of certain characters, intriguing stuff. can't wait for these films, it's about to get a whole lot better

A regular Plumbus Bumblebee never crash-landed in Transformers 1. Optimus, Ironhide, Jazz and Ratchet did. It wasn't even shown where Bumblebee came from.

So there's a comic where actually most of this is semi explained.for example (in bayverse) in ww2 the nazis had 1 more hideout which contained these weird transformer peapole hybrids. what I believe is that the transformers (at least in this universe) have been at war with each and are using us in the say way Greek gods used human armies to get what they wanted. However that is just pure speculation so ignore this comment if you don't care.
