Give him more paint applications and give him repainted AOE Weapons as well as a new weapon then give him the Studio Series voyager box then Boom, you have SS TLK Hound.

Huh, I have never heard of this version before. I have the original release TLK Hound with Dr. Wu's upgrade kit, in which the truck's cab actually transforms into Hound's minigun! But this with all the extra accessories is something else indeed.

Here I was remembering Hound placing his helmet over his spark to pay respect to the fallen Autobots, and PrimevsPrime mentions him clubbing a Decepticon to death Nice.

The accessories that the original 2014 voyager hound came with were undoubtedly the best accessories we have got for transformers since mechtech or the unicron trilogy

Have the TLK version of this large lad, really nice looking mold with plenty points of articulation, though his sculpt does limit his posability here and there. They way those soft detents prevent his back wheels from rolling all around the place when you turn them into feet is ingenious. TLK had some really nice voyager class figures, one of these days I really have to get myself a Nitro Zeus, Scorn and Megatron.

Yeah, I've got the original version plus this one.......I hadn't heard they were making this version until a couple of months after its release, and by then, I'd already bought the original TLK version. It kind of peeved me that they couldn't have just released this version, and been done with it, but that's Hasbro/Takara for you! 🤷‍♂️

@@19TheFallen Yeah, the vanilla TLK version does look a little bare bones as far as colors go. Thankfully you only need to add a splash or two of silver here and there to make the figure come to life. Maybe some bronze or gunmetal grey too if you're feeling fancy.

I've got all of them, official and, in some cases, third party.....Usually, I focus on getting the official ones if they get a release, and then, if a third party company makes a version I like, I get it as well! Case in point: Nitro. I liked the original voyager class quite a bit, but I *love* the oversized version I've got that was repainted in a style sporting Cybertronian glyphs/tattoos like the ones Starscream bore from Revenge of The Fallen and Dark of the Moon!

I think if they had done something about the awful feet I would have gotten this rerelease. The base figure is pretty fun, and he works so much better with the aoe weapons.

This thing is fantastic! For an official release, this is extremely well designed!

Hey PVP i just wanna say: thanks for all your work. You do a great job. My favorite figure(s) are starscream both studio series releases and I would love to know if you like him as much as I do!

I love this mold the only downside of this figure is it doesn't have a heel the feet is too tiny while the figure it self is hefty but other than that its a good figure and the plastic quality is sooo good it feels like a toy in 2007-2009

Nice review mate, the figure is indeed the best figure so far in TLK line, now we just have to wait for the ss version😂😏 I think you should review Nemesis prime and MB18! Edit: first swear???

i bought the original retail release of this figure and had no idea that the arms were meant to lock in the torso like that. So for years i thought my copy was defective 😅. So thanks for showing this

I never thought his arm missiles could flip back like that, so when I first transformed him I thought that it was something in the way lol

I would just think this is his younger version of hound, even though this figure isn't accurate, i really like this figure. Great review PVP 👍

Not a big fan of the Transformers movies. But this Hound was love at 1st sight. This should be the definitive version of the character.

If they were ever to do an mpm of this character it probably wouldn't deviate very far from this maybe add a couple of pieces of diecast here and there touch it up a little bit overall I'd say this is pretty close to what their masterpiece would need to be in my opinion

Movie The Best Hound is much better looking than Age of Extinction counterpart 😊! I wish, Hasbro and Takara Tomy can put this Hound into Transformers Studio series main line because this Hound did have many articulation similar most of Transformers Studio series figure 😃. This Hound is full of weapons like how i expected in Transformers Age of Extinction and Transformers The Last Knight 😃. Not just that, plus, Hound's helmet can remove it, reminiscent how i saw he do that in Transformers Age of Extinction 😃. The shield can create our own scene, that's a nice touch 😀. The Unimog does remind me of Hound’s jeep mode in G1 which is why the Unimog was much more fitting for Hound than the Oshkosh.

I wish there was a shield upgrade kit for the OS WJ version. I'll have to wait for Alien Attack to come out.

Ngl I’m actually low-key disappointed and, I hate to rant, with my one I picked up. After watching the review recently I picked one up and mines is honestly rather awful. Joints are weak. Some of the paint apps are lacklustre. Transformation is a nightmare, again with the joints, it rattles a lot. Articulation is a little shite especially with the legs I do hope they do a studio series one and change up some things. Get some different feet too having the wheels as feet looks to flat to me.
