Unfortunately, in that “The Last Knight”, I don’t see Crosshairs, Drift, and Hound in vehicle modes in action at London for filming

I suppose all of this is the parts in the film that someone at paramount told bay he had to cut, he was told he had to cut a whole hour out of the film leaving massive plot holes and making it look unfinished this is part of the 1 hour deleted scenes. It's pretty clear that someone at paramount wanted the last knight to fail and sure enough it did. If bay told the guy at paramount to eff off perhaps the last knight would have done better.
