That's what I call commitment! 💪🏽🤣. Thank you for believing in the information and the spirit of growth and empowerment! Hopefully there was something that will stick with you and let you be part of our mission of spreading this information so we can all live with more freedom, peace and grace- all while kicking butt and changing the world one step at a time. There have been too many unopened gifts because of fixed mindset, so let's keep planting the seeds and spreading the word about growth. No one will get it "right" (whatever that really means!) all the time- but can you imagine if we all moved the needle just 10%. Like it or not- you are now on the team, so get out there and live with empowerment when you can- even when no one is watching. ❤

I'm so glad you found value! Learning to support others (like my kiddos!) and modeling growth mindset & empowerment really created accountability for me. I can preach growth mindset all day long, but creating a culture where it just "is" definitely creates the most impact- and the best part is that when you do it for them, your brain still picks up on the message in your reticular activating system- so slowly but surely you can't help but see the impact in your own day to day attitude and behavior. Keep pushing yourself my friend- we are all in this journey together, and every inch in getting us to all live in a place of collective growth and empowerment can change the world- all ways of thinking are contagious, and I may be biased, but I think this is the one to spread! ❤

I've never been skilled at being brief, so I'm glad you had the patience to see it through. 😅 It took everything I had to stop within the time limits because it's such an important topic! None of us can remember all of it or get it right all the time, but I hope there was some nugget of information that you will be able to go back to during a moment of stress or uncertainty so you can find your way back to empowerment and strength. Can you imagine what the world would be like if we could all make an effort get this right just 10% more often than we do now? Every step towards this energy matters- here's to staying empowered even when no one is looking! 🥂
