And that's why, it is said, He is a jealous God, because He is. So true, 1) we get hidden(including an illness bedridden)-so He can talk to us, have a closer relationship; 2) we have to WAIT after we are given the flash-vision, instructions; 3) and keep our eyes only on Him -like Peter walking on water, so we don't fall to the bottom👍🙏❤️💯😊

This had been one of the hardest things for me to do but I can always hear Tyler’s voice saying it . I was just thinking again which one can give birth to all the others but it’s not always a logical decision. We have to trust our God given intuition and instincts

I liked everything that he had to say, but for me, the most important was, Stick to one thing and see it through. Very good advice for me.

#1 Focus is the Tyler Perry motivation rule for me. I cried when he explained it. It is difficult to focus when being in the eye of the storm. #10. Point of Light. Because it is true. After you have done all the praying, all the listening to the Lord -WAIT FOR IT. His time, is not our time. So, we cannot measure the 'wait'. Just WAIT. He, will deliver. Today June 1, 2020, I received this message. I've been going through a very difficult time. But, if God didn't allow it, I would not be going through it. And then, He also guides me through it. So, there's nothing to fear. Thank you for sharing. Though from 4 years ago, everything here, holds true timeless. I love this Never despise Small Beginnings but my favorite is Be a Point of Light Tyler Perry is a beautiful person of Light and love his movies for it truly teaches.

i wrote a poem for a friend called “Get Quiet”; that last speech with the blind man touched me the most because I definitely believe in getting quiet and listening. #10 was great. I myself may stand, I may sit, but through it all...I wait, and listen to spirit. Thanks for sharing EVAN.

I liked, "Be a point of light," telling us that sometimes, asking for help, and relying on one or more others is a Way to Be a point of Light for one and more others. That opened me up somehow, in a humbling way. It ties in with the msg of allowing oneself to remain "hidden," while focusing on one specific goal through which to allow 'all the rest' to follow. Sometimes, our "little triumphs" are feeding the dreams to be realized, experienced & expressed through others. Sometimes, We are "the others." Either way, WE are ALL in this TOGETHER.

Omg I’m in tears !!! This hit the soul

THANK YOU Mr. Perry for the LIGHT, for showing me how to accomplish my dreams. Today I was thinking about my dreams, trying to come up with a plan for them to be realized. Like you I have so many ideas and hopes running through my mind. Listening to your message, GOD just answered my prayer. "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." I read today that we make decisions without first talking to GOD, we don't allow HIM to lead and guide us, then wonder why things don't go the way we want them to. Our biggest fault is we don't Listen! Make GOD continue to bless and keep in HIS care, may he continue to bless you to a blessing, to continue to be a LIGHT that shines in darkness. I hope one day to meet you because " you are my pony if don't win no race."❤🐎❤

"Never Despise Small Beginnings" This is my favorite and it has really resounded with me since I first listened to Tyler's top ten rules. I come back every chance I get to listen to this. Thank you for posting this inspiration video.

Thank u Tyler Perry for your Strong Faith, Persistance & Vision to Carry Your Dreams to pass. My Father was the same. He had a O Gauge Scale Model RailRoad Train layout about the history of Atlanta. Alongside his love of trains. It was called Good Old Days in Atlanta at Underground Atlanta Shoppes in Downtown that he had for eight years before he retired. That was his dream. Before he passed away he told my husband Eric & I with tears in his eyes how proud he was to live to see a Black Man able to pursue his dream of being a movie writer, producer & owning his own large studio compound. He would have loved to have taken the tour. One day my husband & I will come & enjoy that for him. You are a true inspiration🙏🏽

I woke up this morning with that on my mind "Never despise small beginning's" and I watch this and Tyler Perry mentions it. The rules that stood out the most to be besides #6 are #3 Own The Show #9 Have Faith & #10 Be A Point Of Light. Great video! #BTA112 #teammotivation
