The fact that vulnerability around masculine energy was brought up resonates with me on a deep level. I opened up to a friend of mine over the weekend and I didn’t do it for a pity party, I did it so we could connect on a more spiritual level. She received the information with open arms, something I haven’t experienced in a VERY long time. Now she understands what sculpted me into the human being that I am today!! I always knew there was benefits to opening up and being vulnerable, but the way it was broken down in this video connected the dots even more 🤞🏽 love this type of content !! What a time to be alive experiencing the awakening of humanity ❤️ Peace, Love, Positivity Forever

Good for you! I've found it difficult to express myself fully as an adult. Back in my 20's , I thought everyone was Spiritual. Now,after lived another 2 decades, I find that most adults are closed or have shut down that aspect of themselves. It's a beautiful thing when you can fully open up to another feeling safe in doing so!❤

Heavenly Father you have given me more than I know I deserve. I come before You with gratitude being a single mom with two sons with special needs. I pray that you bless me with your love, grace, and strength, as I tirelessly care for my family. I ask that You provide for my every need and sustain me in my daily struggles. Because Lord I’m overwhelmed struggling to pay rent each and every month struggling to buy groceries. I wish I had an easier life. Lord hear my prayers. ❤️💕❤️

Excellent interview. Thank you both. Rich Roll's combination of eloquence and high level self-reflection makes this very engaging. The interview could equally be called "No running away" (from yourself). Creating and choosing situations of challenge in life where we are confronted with our greatest blocks, fears and sabotaging voices is the only path to sustainable growth and deep transformation. Rich's diligence and dogged persistence in walking (or running!) his path and re-modelling his story is exemplary and inspiring.

I don't get it why people who are changing for better are always called "dogmatic" whereas the all day long influence of advertising, brainwashing, shown off violence are never called by their -harming- names. I am very happy that RR finally talks about the big impact that makes the vegan way because he is the guest and does not risk to offend his guest as we all know that people who are still on their way or refuse the harm-less way get uncomfortable.

I quit drinking in 2013 then started drinking in 2013. Perhaps it was a naive mistake because I literally thought I had to heal the other self in me, the broken, drunken dead beat in me. I went on drinking for 20 months and just quit drinking after ending in the hospital. I'm a jogger myself and had averaged 50 miles a week for a decade and this year I had cut down, because I had other disciplines. I would go without sleep for 3 nights a week to experience a flow state to better create, I would fast one day out of the week, and I'd work out too. The doctor told me that my sodium levels were down and I stayed in the hospital for a couple of days hooked up to an IV. I've been sober for 2 months and I find it much tougher now at 48 than when I quit in around my mid 30. All is well as long as I feel that spiritual love around. Sending bucketloads of momentous vibes to everybody.

Plant based is not more sustainable for the planet(requires monocrop agriculture) and is not more considerate of animals(smaller animals being displaced and even killed by the equipment, ruminants being forced into the wild where they struggle to feed themselves and ultimately get eaten alive by predators). I’ve never heard a single plant based person respond to these ideas. They just run away and refuse to respond. How do you, or anyone reading this who aligns with the plant based lifestyle make sense of those incongruencies?
