ok I feel like, there are these "pegs" (beliefs) in the "holes" of my subconscious, right? when I try to have a new positive belief, it's like trying to put a peg where there already is one, usually glued in it's place, too numsayin? how do I actually remove and replace the old one, so it won't ever bother me again? So I actually create something positive in my life, for once?
