  We are neither the soul, nor I, Me, Myself. If you elevate a little further in meditation you will realise that you are just a body with biochemical and electromagnetic circulation with subatomic particles which are arising and passing away each moment. Even your mind is nothing but a store of information based on all your past experiences which also generates thoughts (vibrations) every single moment based on the subject of your 6 senses. (Eyes, ears, nose, tongue, touch and mind) So how many times do we live and die each minute, each hour, each day is a countless process. A Mindful Meditation Practice for the viewers who read this: Focus on your incoming and outgoing breath and notice there is a millisecond pause between your exhalation ==>pause===inhalation. Focus on this pause, this is the moment of magic, in few minutes of deep focus you will further notice that this pause is now extending to 2-3 seconds...remember no happiness, no sense of achievement, just observation otherwise you will multiply your karmic account. Keep observing your breath and this breath....you can start from 10mins breathing meditation at work or home and extend it to 30mins. Your breath is your Best FRIEND and will remain with you till YOUR LAST BREATH 🙏🍀✨️

  Thank you. I have had prophetic dreams since I was a child. I hear messages from deceased loved ones, get messages from my higher self which are of great benefit to me, have seen future events before they happen, see omens etc. how do I develop these gifts? They are so sporadic and not regular/on demand. Would appreciate any tips from other clairvoyants/ clairaudients who can help develop this. 🙏🏽

  If someone can give me their honest perspective on this, I would really appreciate it In 2005 I had my first lucid dream, but I couldn’t change the reality, but I knew that this was a dream and it felt so real I was walking around in total darkness and I could feel the presence of evil all around me I could feel evil holding me down and I couldn’t move. I couldn’t see these demons but I had this bone chilling feeling from their evil presence and it was completely and utterly terrifying. I never forgot it. I had to call on the name of Jesus to wake me up, and I ended up jumping out of my bed and almost running into a wall Over the years I had more and more lucid dreams and I was able to control the dream and I would fly a lot or just change the dream to my liking But in 2020 i had an experience that truly changed me. I went over a friends house to hang out. This girl there was rubbing on me sexually. All of a sudden I started to see black shadow figures on the wall and that same evil bone chilling terrifying feeling I had in 2005 came back to me. I was wide awake and sober when this happened. The only reason I didn’t leave immediately was because I was supposed to take a friend home but they were way too intoxicated so I tried to sober em up Some people like preachers and true believers of God said I was anointed. I don’t know about that I don’t think I’m worthy But one thing I did learn is spiritual warfare is real What do you guys think of my experience? What are your thoughts?
