    Wow beer looks realy clear and 52litres in the fv, match made in heaven brew machine and fv working nicely together. Look forward to the pressure transfer to keg and bottles.

    Thanks for the nice vids. 20.5 degrees fermentation...? All this nice gear but no control of temperature. Aren't you concerned about this? I have a plastic fermenter but it goes in a ferm chamber with precise temp control. I keep a drop of yeast in distilled water for up to a year. I brew limitless batches with it by building fresh starters. Is your beer of absolute best quality? I really like your setup, I am tired of plastic as sanitation is a constant concern but I can't conceive using powdered yeast and no temp control on fermentation. Any opinions on this?

    temp control is indeed important. haven't reharvested yeast yet but interested in your process simon.

    Thanks! I have to ferment this batch in the brewery where it's about 17C, for this beer I don't care if the temperature will rise to about 22C. The beer can have some fruity esters and flavor produced by a slightly higher temperature. We will see what happens... In the future I will need a big fridge. Cheers

    Saniclean solution, same as Starsan a desinfect acid.

    clear wort straight out you must be using a hop spider or basket or there are no hops in there.

    Ik think there is a mis understanding, I said or try to say 4,8% ABV! Hopefully the final gravity is about 1.010. cheers

    @@homebeerbrewery i heard 4.8. must be good smoke. my hydrometer just read 1.010 too after 19 days. put into corny.
