Hi, you can get your WhatsApp chats backed up with your Google account before you try. But using Move to iOS to make the WhatsApp data transfer, it only moves the data included in your WhatsApp folder.

Hi please help me out. In the move to ios app, the whatsapp is shown as Files-whatsapp and while clicking it, the phone doesnt open whatsapp just the tick mark.after transferring there was no backup found so i figured out that the problem was that whatsapp was a file. Please help

After the steps were completed and the last step in Phone Transfer, my account logged out from the Andoid device and restarted my iPhone and then the iPhone opened WhatsApp but it says restore from iCloud. what do I do now? I'm afraid to choose skip and lose all my chats. I completed all the steps but now I'm stuck. any solutions?

Hi, according to our test in this video, you can skip the Restore from iCloud step as your WhatsApp chats will be restored to your iPhone from your Android device instead of the iCloud. And then follow the instruction to log in to your account on your iPhone. Once done, your WhatsApp chats will be transferred successfully.
