If we talk thru stories of Christianity like JP is doing, well much is not said. Truth is hidden, n hold back.

@@vesnadjordjevic28 I am pretty convinced that what Tobiah meant is this: I will love myself = I will start taking care of myself, I will stop doing that which harms me whether be it negative thoughts, talk, deeds, habits or entire lifestyle. Therefore, I am going to be a better person, a good man, am going to offer the world the best I have, and will continue to grow and nurture the goodness inside me because from now on I love myself. And I will despise and avoid every evil that could in any way break that personal commitment of my own. Let's practice generosity and positive assumptions of others. This is what happens when you take an in-depth look inside living and come out with the truth of living. Honestly, spending time with yourself and thinking deeply on matters of life can be daunting, yet only the brave ones do.

I love to suffer and I think we all do as humans. Its a love hate realtionship. It sucks at the time, but when its over, its so beautiful. think don't fight it. Enjoy the ups and downs as they come. All you can do is accept what it is. Move forward. Try and do some new things, do your best. Thats really it.

We are all screwed. But if you can at least ,minimize just a bit, at least our spirit can breathe just a little more. Let's face it. Were all facing something that will either destroy us spiritually or balancing it, or if were all that few amazing ones, creating dreams that come true. But bottomline, become a better person, which basically translates to, just be responsible about your decisions in the moment and gradually get better at it through consistency, repetition and will power, which requires drive and motivation which requires assessing your, excuse me, shit, in life, and just taking small time to correct your thoughts, seeing the bright side, use your tools! Meditate! Breathe deep! Use your vices (as minimally as possible), effectively disrupt and interrupt your disempowering patterns! Make your way of being in life just a little bit better each time, and dont shy from discomfort, bbe with it, realizd that: THIS IS IT! CUZ THOSE BAG OF CHIPS, VIDEO GAME, OR WHATEVER IT IS THAT MAKES YOU PEDAL ON THE WHEELS OF PASIVITY, IRRESPONSIBILITY, ETC... WILL FUCK YOU OVER . Let's be more responsible one step at a time, one idea at a time, one breath at a time, one day at a time. My friend recommended that when things are difficult, here are some things to reset your spiritual perspectivity and those are: Live inthe present not the past and not the future Be humble, be modest Enjoy the things you have Hope we all make it! Let's go guys!!

Truth is a wonderful thing, even if it hurts. The reason this man is so popular is because much of what he says can be found in the Bible's Book of Proverbs.

This man speaks directly to my soul and gets right down to the marrow. I have broken down in tears to at least one of every four of his video lectures but for some reason I listen to as many of them as I can every week without the fear or worry of crying a river more than a man probably should? He strikes the harmonious chord that we all resonate with or forgot about through our short time here.

It’s the level of truth that JP espouses. Truth alleviates guilt and challenges us to be better. There’s a huge spiritual element to JP, not only is he dealing with mental health issues he also deals with the spiritual walk. Thank you.

Truly a message I needed to hear! It is so easy to get stuck in the bad habit of imagining how life could have been. So often, like Dr. Peterson says, produces bitterness and resentment; two very powerful poisons, if not dealt with promptly. They could cause you to miss each opportunity to enjoy your life and fail to be present. Thank you Dr. Peterson!

Eddie, I know that scripture by heart and I'm trying with His help to walk that road. But the last part is very hard to learn. It is so true that we need to love ourselves by taking care of ourselves, forgiving ourselves. It's hard. But that's a great reminder. Godspeed.
