JP is a hero... since finding his lectures and reading his book, I've totally turned my life around. I've faced the things that I was scared of and that I'd avoided or given up on and now my life isn't empty anymore. Thank you JP. And thanks for putting these videos together... great stuff👍 can't have too much of JP's wisdom.

I love him. He is raw in his truth. He just is. And he always explains things to the best of his true and honest ability. I appreciate his knowledge

This is his best lecture by far. He shows so much emotion, and so much of his own humanity in this lecture. Great speech.

I am a African-American , lesbian, 30 years old atheist and I have become a huge fan of Jordan. He really is the most valuable, authentic, intelligent speaker I have ever seen. He really unites of all people, ages and color. He is the voice of the human psyche. He is the dad or the grandfather you’ve always needed. I hope I can meet him one day. ❤️

Whenever I am feeling too good, too fortunate or too proud of what I accomplished i watch a JP video. He has a great way of reminding us of how seriously deficient we are.

Jordan Peterson is a real genius. I've watched The Lion King on the theater today and I think it's a story about responsibility and how it can affect the world. Mufasa's kingdom is the responsible, thus bursting with joy, meaning and harmony, while Scar's kingdom is the nihilistic one, decaying into chaos, degeneration and destruction. It's pretty simple in theory, but in reality it takes a lot of effort to maintain harmony. Like Jordan Peterson already said, entropy is the default mode.

This man has taught me how to live. I am so grateful for his existence.

It says a lot about how good this man actually is, I'm not trying to put any extra pressure on JP, but he is honestly one of the best and most influential people alive. Thank you Jordan Peterson for all of the good you've put into the world, you may have no idea of the good that it's actually brought to others, because it's done so much for so many people. And that is a legacy worth having, one of my greatest wishes in life would be just to meet you, shake your hand, and thank you for all you've done.

One of God’s greatest gifts to humanity, Dr. Jordan Peterson❤

I could listen to him all day...

I'm not even following an Abrahamic religion. But I felt his speech.

I’ve never considered how, regardless of our own shortcomings, that the “overarching narrative” of our lives could still lead to good (in the Abraham story). I also hadn’t considered the influence of putting a “cap” on my capabilities versus remaining open to “all things are possible”. I was encouraged by the idea that we each have a “configuration” - one that can be improved upon and isn’t necessarily bad. That was enough to instil in me a stronger sense of hope in myself and in the world of people.

I think this man articulates what some of us glimpse, however briefly and expands the ideas. So very much needed in this world of chaos. During the worldwide lock down we should listen to Prof Petersen's lectures daily and learn from them. I hope he makes a full recovery

If we as individuals take control of our lives and act rather consciously than compulsively, that i believe can be the best thing one can do in the pursuit of self transformation to start with.

I pray for those individuals who haven’t heard this intelligent man speak …..

I think in short, what Jordan is pointed out is this...... Be everything God wants you to be, be holy, devote yourself to God and as per corinthians 10.31, do all things for God's glory. Thank you God bless.

Thank you Mr Peterson ...lectures of yours that deal with overcoming hardships in life have become sources of inspiration for people such as myself who have experienced severe long term life changing illness.

I understand why some demonize you. You hit a little too close to home for them. I am refreshed by your authenticity and your hunger for us to be our best selves. You should be required awareness for us all. However, I would never wish for us to be “required” to do much of anything outside of our own heart. My grandkids eyes are big and innocent and perfect. I want the world you speak of to be the one they grow old in. 💯🙏

From what I'm seeing it's less about taking responsibility on, and more about taking responsibility for your actions. No need in taking on responsibility if you won't claim it for better or worse. This, this is the crowning jewel of this guys philosophy, beliefs, message, and explosion to the scene. Literally dismiss all distractions and unnecessary debates about his beliefs and principle as those just serve to detract from the true core. RESPONSIBILITY (say it out loud and proud so it shakes and stirs up your soul). NO FOR REAL, THIS IS NO JOKE. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL,AND THE TRUE SOURCE OF ALL OUR ISSUES GOOD AND BAD IN THE WORLD TODAY. We all as humans need to wake up from this endless bondage of complacency and utter repression of the will to cause action, it really is taking us down the wrong path. I like how he uses a story from the bible. Whether or not anyone believes this, one of the most important principle/concept (the most important to me) from the bible is the principle of responsibility (Which can also truly be analyzed and concluded to be what LOVE is). The whole bible literally alludes to this. I am leaving this comment not only for others, but also for me; so that in the event I come back to this video (if it is still up) so as to remind myself never to forget this crowning principle.

You have to be careful that you're not committing yourself to a faustian bargain though. I moved across the country to push myself for something better and ended up with a nice house in the countryside in a warm year round climate close to the beach. I had never achieved such a thing before. But the bargain was that I was working a demoralizing schedule in order to maintain that lifestyle. If you don't focus on the 'mother' or the nurture side of your life you'll most likely end up in a faustian bargain situation because you only care about pushing yourself to the limits and not what is also best for your soul.

I also think it's a slippery slope when JP says find the heaviest thing and carry that. People are so often unhappy because they try to do everything themselves and are ashamed to ask for help or to think they're deserving of other people's time or energy. I think sometimes JP goes too far into the survival of the fittest arena and forgets that we are pack animals at the end of the day only adjusted to temporary nomadic intervention.

You have no idea how much you have helped motivate me into becoming a better version of myself. I thank you a million times over for imparting wisdom, for me and everyone else.

Again : This guy is a blessing to the whole world 🗺 Be blessed Jordan. We love u ❤️ all over the world 🗺 We do love u. Yeah.

And don't get it twisted....this is NOT about worshiping this obviously very flawed man. But he bares witness to the GREAT HUSBANDMAN he speaks of who raised him up in service for us all.
