Thanks for the review. Just finished a 2 week trip with the Micro. Normally travel with my Resmed S10, but got tired of lugging an extra bag on the plane. This along with the accessories fit nicely in a bag I got from Amazon and slips into my backpack. Yes, it's not nearly as quiet as the Resmed; however I got used to it; and actually appreciated the white noise. The motor has a slightly perceptible high pitched whine that is carried through the hose; especially as it speeds up & down with exhalation relief. The airflow sound is definitely there, I think its because of the small hole hose attachment at the machine, comes down to physics and fluid flow. Small area, higher flow, more noise. I use both Resmed P30i & Dreamwear masks which have the air supply coming down right past both ears, this likely contributes to my slightly noisier experience. An important feature for me is the exhalation relief. It works well, my experience was that it kicks in after about 3 - 4 breaths and works as well as the Resmed. Make sure you check the filter more often than you would on a home machine. I was shocked to see how dirty mine was at the end of my 2 week trip. Easy to clean and reinstall. Hope my experience helps.

I travel frequently and have the transcend micro for travel. At home I used resmed AirSense 11. I love the transcend micro for travel. Perfect size. I use the humidity filters and have no problem with this Cpap. Love it, recommend it

Thanks for sharing. I just got the transcend micro, but I have noticed the air of my resmed AirSense 11 machine is comes out so much more powerful and strong compare to the transcend micro machine and I couldn't find a was to make it stronger.

I'll echo the other comments and thank you for showing the gear in such a practical way. I use a Dreamstation 2, which I love, but I want to do some bicycle touring (bike packing) which means "off grid" on occasion and this setup fits my needs very well. Thanks again.

Great video! One con that I have is that the machine is so small and lightweight that it knocks over and rolls around a bit anytime the tube is moved. I'm a side sleeper and sometimes I can hear the machine moving when I roll over. Not a deal breaker, I can prop it up with something, but it's a thing to consider.

Most adapters today can handle the various voltages and just need a plug adapter.

Starting my new TM tonight for the first time. First of two test nights before a trip. First thing I can tell as I turned it on is that the pressure does not seem to be as high as my prescription. At least it does not fell like it. My Z1 travel and my nightly home F&P both feel stronger. There is no way for me (as patient) to change the pressure to my comfort. Even if I had access, I believe the access software is Windows only. Seriously? In this day and age, the company cannot provide Mac or IOS access by Bluetooth? The unit is very light. So light that it will not stay on top of the nightstand. I put Velcro on the bottom so it would stick to the heavy battery base. Oh well, off to sleep for night #1.

The proprietary tube is an instant dealbreaker. Not just because they probably jack consumers on the price, but for the reason you stated - can’t just grab one on the fly. If I need to bring a spare tube with me, it defeats the entire purpose of the small unit.

It should fit just fine. I would bet that your DreamWear Quick connect is stuck in the end of your Home CPAP tubing. Very common with the DreamWear Mask. This video link may help you. kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y4KZrtNseLPHm7A.html

Have to wave the BS flag on that one. There are only two connections to be made power via a DC adapter and an air hose. There is no risk either way. No one turns off their air sense 11 to remove the heated hose!
