You're definitely not alone. Same boat. It's a big boat! At least I'm able to say that 90% of my hard stuff is over. Catching back up and moving forward is happening. I can say that once you've been all the way through hell and out the other side, nothing can really touch you after that. Things eventually get distilled down to clarity and you know what you're made of! ❤❤❤

I have suffered with trauma nightmares for years and I can’t bare going to sleep every night. My friend suggested this particular video….I’ve just woken up after playing this on repeat all night….I didn’t have one nightmare and I can’t Thankyou enough this has really helped me in sooo many ways I can’t believe it!! I usually listen to just rain sounds but now I have discovered you I will never ever listen to anything else. I can’t explain in words how much this has helped me im crying….tears of joy…because of you I had the best most calmest sleep in over 6 years not one trauma nightmare at all through the night. You are my new therapy and I can’t thank you enough ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
