I started with BR 1974 I was 19 years old my uncle was a mainline driver he managed to get me into the training college at eastfield traction depot springburn Glasgow so I drove many class 37s when I worked at that yard

Thanks for the sub Graham, and thanks for the comments. Not a railway modeller myself anymore (was many many years ago), so I can appreciate how these old clips might help. Look out for some other loco themed compilations as I get around to them. Cheers, Geoff.

Nice to see the domestic coal workings ,with the red HTAs, they where a colorful train on the Gwml, nearly always a blue 37 0 up front, again ,good memories, great footage .

Hi my friend . Track magic is fine on loco wheels. I use a drop of nail varnish remover on a cotton bud . That the wife got for me it works fine for me . Your layout is coming on great 👍

Well spotted! Once I got the video camera I had the dilemma of which one to do, so my still photos took a dive during 87-91. Thanks for commenting 👍😊
