Hello. Drascus here. Training log number 228. Cold out. Cold enough to freeze all the puddles, not cold enough to make me uncomfortable. I'd say that's pretty good. Making good incremental progress on all lifts.

3x5 weighted dips
+82.5kg/181lbs
(192.5kg/424lb total weight)
3x2 OHP @ 100kg/220lbs
3x5 pull-ups
3x20 wrist supinations
3x10 wrist extensions
2x3x20 various gymnastics wrist exercises
2x35 swings with bokken
grain bucket grip training to failure

Oh, a different camera angle on OHP/pull-ups surprised me. Nice. Love the mostly clear skies you had. I trained in rain this weekend. Not that the weather really matters, though. 🌧️
