Training log

Hello. Drascus here. Training log number 233. Tired. Unbowed. Great session, finally feeling like I'm actually operating at full capacity instead of taking it safe, pecs holding up and everything.
I don't list the little increments of weight I do because I do them every session and I'm very lazy with rewriting my text templates, so just so you know it was in fact 85.5kg hanging off me instead of just 85. Yep.

3x5 weighted dips

3x3 push press @ 100kg/220lbs
3x5 pull-ups
3x20 wrist supinations
3x10 wrist extensions
2x3x20 various gymnastics wrist exercises
2x35 swings with bokken
grain bucket grip training to failure
