This is my dream home gym machine equipment although I can't afford it I see this in philippines the price is 30k pesos.

Slow down mate before you get a speeding ticket! Making the common mistake of letting the weight drop on the lowering, or negative phase of the repetition, we are about 40% stronger lowering than lifting, so slow down on the negative and control the weight all the way through the lowering as well as the lifting or positive This also helps develop a better mind - muscle connection... Not just moving a weight from A to B

i've kept it outdoors for 3 yr and only the screws started to rust.Keeping it outdoors is the same thing as keeping your car parked outside because is painted
