These are 5 chest exercises that you may be doing wrong or may see someone doing wrong. Use this video as a resource to learn how to do them properly.     It would have been nice had Josh also mentioned on the bench press to be sure to contract the scapulae medially toward the midline of the back to stabilize the shoulders. This is in contra-distinction to extending the scapulae forward to reach up higher with the bar. Thank you for this wonderful, easily accessible exercises channel!

    I will use 1/2 reps at the end though for barbell bench press. Instead of going to failure, I will go almost to failure and then finish with 1/2 reps to failure because i is a little safer when lifting alone
