I'm a retired engineer and have been on all kinds of engines. I don't know just how realistic you want to get with these videos. Southern SD40-2's let long hood forward, so the "F" should be on the long hood end frame. Southern engines control stands sat along side the engineer, not at an angle like it's shown here, that's what all other railroads did. The N&W engines had 2 control stands which sat like the ones shown here. Other than that, these are well done. You really got the EMD sound perfect.

The issue is this mod is built on an ex-Conrail unit from another developer. Theres so much a modder can do without just throwing in the towel and making an all new model. These arent 100%, as i mentioned- but theyre far better than the bottom of the barrel scraping that came with the A&S add on

@@SailorMoonRailfan so they aren't uploaded yet our modeling guy had to update the bins so the weathered horn models were included with the files, from what he said tomorrow for sure is the release date

Hm, interesting video but I missed some information on the physics of these locos, especially compared to the locos coming with the Saluda Grade. Even so I have the impression that it's not that difficult to put a better loco on the railworks tracks than DTM...

That RS5T gave me chills, especially from faraway ..nice!!!

those wrong horns are lesile rs3l's and are molded to the correct size I own one they are massive

Where they at, because they ain’t on there website.

These look great and might be what it takes for me to buy Saluda, but I they don't seem to be available yet on their site that I can find.
