Awesome Thom, quick tip Tuesdays sounds like a great idea! Love the renovations in the studio, looking very professional now but maybe the next job should be to remove those stairs outside the room, that may help with the noise 😉 I know how you feel about the consistency thing, I'm struggling myself to get videos out on a regular basis, life and work just gets in the road, I think I just need to come to terms with the fact you can't do everything 100%! I may be watching to many other people youtube videos when I should be editing my own, might have to do a cull, but don't worry, Off the Beaten Pot is won't be on that list :-) I am hoping to get out soon and challenge myself to make some of your recipes, the Rosti is first on the list!

You have to tell me how the Rosti goes! I learned not to be too hard on myself for lack of consistency. My life took a dark and tumultuous turn and allowed me to think about perspective. Thanks re: the studio. I thought it about time I made it look nice. Shame about the sodding stairs but the rent’s ok! Hahaha
As ever your vids make me laugh! Got the stuff now to make the porridge recipe next time im off car camping so looking forward to that!

You should do Rate My Trangia and get people to send in their trangia setups/ meals/ battered trangias

Stirling idea! I was thinking of doing something like this. But hadn't thought of a rate my trangia style thing. I reckon rating people's camp dishes could also be a way forwards?
