看完勾起我9年前去台湾的回忆, 超级怀念台湾的美食(夜市里的那些), 特别是火鸡饭哈哈哈. 还记得姨妈让我送弟弟去补习班,可我不知道回来的路.我就捡了很多小花, 走一步丢一朵到草地里 ,寻着小花朵走回来,好轻松快乐.
I visited Taiwan many years ago and I am still amazed by the memories of the excellent food I ate and by the kindness of Taiwanese people❤ I am vegan and I tasted some of the most delicious food I ever had in my life. I remember a vegetarian restaurant, like a temple for veg cuisine...boy, how would I love to go there again. That was mastery in the kitchen ❤

Taiwan is my second home and the food culture is unmatched. Taiwanese people are so friendly and welcoming and their food reflects every bit of passion and love they put into it! Everyone should come visit at least once. I guarantee you will fall in love with the island.

それにしても職人技は凄い。見ていて飽きませんな。以前行ったSOGO復興館の鼎泰豐（ディンタイフォン）での海老炒飯は最高だったなぁ・・・。

That traditional herbal lamb in rice wine is a healthy dish. Usually people cook in pressured cooker or claypot but this cooking method is top notch.

@@damascussteel8059 長時間的燉煮，或是要滷東西，加大量的米酒下去可以去腥、提味。 有些廚師炒菜最後要起鍋之前，也會用米酒繞一圈鍋子，再炒個幾下，然後才起鍋。
