Their movements are perfect example of "slow is smooth, smooth is fast". I am sure their years of work has given them the fluidity to their movements, very efficient and not hurried. Wow, I've spent what feels like 100+ hours over the past few weeks watching videos like this, and my take away is, there doesn't seem to be a bad Japanese chef, each one of them has made me go "Wow that impressive", in their own unique way, from Street venders to Udon shops, to $300 steak meals, every single Japanese Chef seems to be absolutely outstanding, as well as unbelievably clean, its like a sterilized surgical room. Again, just absolutely outstanding stuff. What a dream to live in beautiful Japan...

I dont speak Japanese, only English but I still respect the menu and items. One thing caught my eye here... that 1kg Lunch box!...
